When going through the drive-through today, we had two items missing off of our order and had to return back to the store after already getting home when we were reassured that everything was in the bag. When I returned to the store, the employees actually tried to start a fight over one missing burrito. Highly recommend you avoid this location. The staff cannot be trusted.

I only get their tacos or their taco salad and there's this girl that runs the window every time I go through and I always to provide cuz she does great work with asking if there's anything else I need and she gets to know me she said would you like some other salsa and she's really concerned and she's very pleasant I wish I had her name I'm going to go down there tonight and get her name

I’ve had a few workers there in the past not be super awesome. However the last several times I have gone there (for food for myself and for DoorDash orders) the staff has been very friendly and I appreciate the genuine “thank you” and “have a good day” that they say.

Taco Bell is a great place to hang out with your friends and grab some cheap and tasty food. this is demonstrated through the massive group of Dubuque's local teens who fill the building multiple nights a week. While they are a rag tag bunch, they are also very interesting to listen to and very friendly. The service at Taco Bell is always very friendly. The guys behind the counter seem like people you would genuinely want to be friends with.

It's fast food. Sometimes, they run out of stuff. Employees are really fast at making the food and most of the time even say thanks, which is a hard one to get in today's world. It's a great place to get something late-night also.

I did a mobile order at this location for two cravings boxes and put for there to be a handful of sauce in the bag, and there was none. One of the boxes had the completely wrong burrito, and there were tomatoes in the crunchwrap when it was explicitly put to not have any. I don't know how this could have happened due to it being a mobile order with specific instructions, but we are lett with two order that were nearly all wrong. Not to mention that there were three cars in line including mine and it took nearly 30 minutes to get through. Will never be coming back!

Ordered online and spent $60. There was a dime sized amount of meat in the crunchwraps and tacos. The beefy been burrito was a straight up bean burrito. And I was missing the 12 pack cinnobons. The staff at the window was pleasant but whoever is cooking needs some help.

Went here because the Locust St location was "closed for an hour due to being short staffed" - while 2 employees in uniform cloned around outside. The Hillcrest location was perfect. Excellent service and quality! Far better choice and will be going here from now on.
