Too expensive. Use to come here all the time. My Daughter and son loves the soft shell tacos but for almost 4 dollars just for one is insane. I won’t be coming to buy tacos anymore.

20 plus minutes in the drive thru for 2 tacos and a crispy chicken wrap. Takes longer than going to a sit down restaurant. Pulling around building to wait is ridiculous! This is suppose to be drive thru. Sorry taco johns I won't be returning.

Placed an online order like always and the lady on the mic sounded fine until I get to the window and she flings her hand up with her finger pointing to pull up to the end as if everywhere worse does it that way which they don’t. Then I pull up to the end for her to almost bring me someone else’s food so she had to go back to get my order. I get home a what do ya know no sour cream on the one taco I got so not only do they almost try to give me the wrong food but they still mess my order up first overall bad experience at this taco John’s usually the service is better and don’t have people working that clearly hate their jobs. The lady gave me my food definitely had a attitude for no reason told her thanks an didn’t say nothing back after being ignorant smh do better.

Service was a little unenthusiastic when asking them questions on the menu. My 8 year old says its a 10 out of 10. Definitely beats their competitors in taste.

Made a delivery order, but can't customize alot on the app. Tried calling to alter the order to the 6 pack and pound but they refused to answer.... 4 times in a row. I work in food service and that is totally unacceptable. I know places get busy but this is a common thing here. Can never get a person to talk to, ignoring people is not good customer service, step it up
