Menu is great! I love the kabobs. I would love them to add some low sodium offerings to the menu.

I visited a friend in Dubuque IA. We went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner the last night in town which was a Sunday. The restaurant was busy but got seated quickly. However we waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to start our order. But since we had to wait, we were ready to order, so for the most part then the rest of the experience went well and we were in the restaurant just 65 minutes. So besides the wait in the beginning the food was good and enjoyable.

I was in Tuesday around 4pm.I always sit at the bar and order take out.I tip very generously. But tonight she received nothing.I don't really care to eat rolls with no knife or napkins.she was to busy with her coworker and her phone.she looked right at me several times. And just kept going.
Ordered a Togo order of just the boneless wings and whenever I order Togo I always specify extra ranch as the cups are small an aren’t filled all the way an it’s always never in the bag every time and the wings were cold and I arrived earlier then the ready time an they were still cold cooks need to learn how to read a ticket.

The only thing we don't really care for is the loud music. Obviously NOT a deal breaker!

The 16oz ribeye was the best steak that I have had in a very long time! The service was outstanding! The manger also came over and checked on us. We had a great experience!

We had a party of 10, reserved and was on a wait list, we arrived and staff was extremely rude and we checked in was told they could not sit us all together, we were also told we could not have our strollers - we had 2 children under the age of 2 . Nowhere is it listed no strollers are allowed. While we were sitting there waiting to be seated you could tell the 2 waitresses/ attendants were talking about us, our party of 10 left and we're pretty upset. This was the worst Texas Roadhouse we have ever been to
