Horrible from the service to the staff it was an atrocity. I only stayed because my son has an unnatural obsession with your hamburgers. However, he even asked me why everyone here was so rude and wouldn't smile. I don't care if you are by yourself or if you had the worst day ever, that sounds selfish but I have been a server for years and manager for the past 5 years. The problems you had end when you walk through the door to start working. Our server was mediocre at best but the supervisor was the real problem. He had no direction, no courtesy, he didn't care. He wasn't engaging, he wasn't trying to keep the people who walked through the door. Couldn't give an accurate wait time. His response was I'm not sure you'll have to see. He greeted only regulars with a smile and chat. It was the worst time I've ever had in a long time. It will take a lot for me to come back to this village inn such a waste because the food was great. They didn't have fries or ranch or root beer. If felt like we were bothering the server and every time we asked about something they were out. If you aren't built for restaurants then please remove yourself because I used to love coming here. If I could leave zero stars I would.

The coffee was awful not sure how people drink that ,The table smelled like urine like the cloths they use to wipe it had never been washed in awhile , who knows what bacteria lurks on the table and seats

Absolutely freezing inside! Server said air was on full blast because the manager was hot. Seriously? Was too cold to enjoy. Thermometer on my phone showed 58 degrees. Unacceptable.
