We've been going to Vinnie's for years. We now live an hour away and still make a trip once and a while because we LOVED the food and atmosphere so much. I have never had a worse Italian meal than last night. Special was chicken Parmesan. Chicken had no sauce or anything on top of it. It was tough and the crust was too well done. The spaghetti underneath had very little marinara sauce on it and was full of a sticky cheese, which I could hardly chew. It was just too cheesy.
Everything was satisfactory. Definitely not worthy of a 5 star rating but a ok place to eat. It’s a casual restaurant with ok Italian food. As a bonus, you get salad and garlic bread with your entree. Personally I didn’t like the pile of grated Parmesan cheese slathered on the bread. Free street parking after during the week. During our visit, all wait staff appeared to be rather young and not so polished. Smiling and speaking up can help when discussing options.
