I’d give zero stars if I could. Cashier demanded a tip before I started ordering and even after I ordered she wouldn’t give me my change back. “You gonna tip me or no” is what she said. Took me saying no and that I wanted my change 4 times before she reluctantly gave me my change.
Definitely don’t expect your change right away if your paying cash

I don't get the chance to eat often at Wendy's & when I do I get to Dubuque I get what I like. I Enjoyed my meal. The young black lady cashier who waited on us had just started & got all 6 of our orders correct during a rush hour. The food was hot & delicious. The service was exceptional. Thanks to Wendy's new employee.
You need to get a grip on your employees very rude customer service don't appreciate it being yelled at you had nobody in the Drive-Thru what so ever to not take my order got rude when husband ask you question and you yell say you weren't talking to him 🤬 won't be back to that one I go to other one where they are friendlier and better customer service
