Slowest Wendy’s on earth? Took me almost half an hour to get through the drive-through, with only two cars ahead of me when I pulled up. easily spent more in gas sitting in line than I did on the food itself. Doubt I’ll be back.

My food was freezing cold, burgers were disgusting ? French fries were awful! My kids burgers were made wrong. I’m allergic to onions and onions were on my burger! I’m very disappointed with this place. My kids wouldn’t even eat because it was disgusting ?

Waiting in drive through with no response. Called the store they said their drive through closes at 10:50 and the lobby is locked supposedly open till 11. I've been here for 20 minutes.

Terrible attitude from works telling us they can’t give us everything on our online order without offering a substitute and the wait in the drive thru was very long (with no cars in the drive thru)I would not recommend going to this one go to the other one in Dubuque

Had to wait to order, wifi sponges in seats directly behind order area, loud woman annoying everyone in same area showing pics and loud, place is not clean and all workers acted stupid to their job.no hairnets or hats on men, man at ff was stirring the iol in prime cooking time, tasted horrible, over saucing sandndwiches, VERY DISAPPOINTED in my visit. ,I will never eat here again.30.00 for yack.

Slow slow slow slow slow and slow. Especially on the weekends. Maybe two to three people are working. Parking is ok. The inside needs cleaning most of the time. Dirty pop/soda machine. Sometimes, the lobby is open, and most of the time, it is closed. During the weekend, you might as well not come to any of the restaurants by the mall as this will be the longest wait time because everyone is out and about shopping or just hanging out.

Last three times I have gotten food here they have rung my order in wrong or have given me a completely incorrect sandwich. Also pretty uncomfortable for a guest to have to sit at the drive through window and listen to someone complain about management and their shifts/coverage.

Been inside once and it fealt dirty. Sticky floors. Dim. Not what you'd expect in Wendy's. Went through the drive through a few days ago and it was quick but the sandwich was dry and tasted old.

Have to say this location is getting better, the tables were actually clean and the staff were working hard. I think they could use a couple more employees to help during busy times, but most places could. Food was fresh and tasted good. Staff seamed to be helping each other out in times of need.
