I come to this place a lot over the last three-four years and I’ve watched the service and food deteriorate since I first started coming. All of not most of the legacy wait staff has left or been fired because of the manager brought in about 2 years ago. It’s time that management at the casino and HR take note of how quickly it’s going downhill in the last two years since Adam has been at the helm. He presents himself as a greasy man. There is multiple people that have wrote reviews on him, his greasy hair, his lack of decorum, his lack of respect that he should’ve been fired long ago. There must be somebody in HR that he’s doing favors for it to have kept his job

Food was good but our service was even better. Lily is probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Husband had prime rib and was very happy with it. My chicken was extremely tender. All in all good but Lily made it wonderful.

Our visit to was very disappointing.Positive: Our server was Lily and she was AMAZING! Best server I’ve had in a long time. She is honestly the only reason I would consider visiting again.Negative: My husband and I ordered steaks medium rare and they came out gray. We sent them back (which is no problem. It happens) but while we waited on new steaks, the manager Adam came to our table and talked to us in the most disrespectful manner. Telling us he “could have brought a flash light out” to look at our steaks but didn’t and “he’s not going to shove his finger in our steaks to temp it”.I honestly wanted to walk out after he spoke to us I was so upset. If it wasn’t for Lily coming back and apologizing and being such a great server I would have left. Our new steaks came out medium rare but with no flavor at all. For the amount you pay here I expected more. I’m honestly baffled the way management treats their customers. Very disappointed.

Not knowing there would be a valentines day special menu (only thought there was the special) we arrived to a very limited menu. My favorite item is the chopped salad and my girlfriends was the Thai pasta dish. Neither was on the menu. No biggie we tried the special menu. The bacon salad I had was good and Lobster bisque was great. Filet with mushrooms and onion was good as was my dates. I guess it did not have the wow factor we have come to expect when eating at the Woodfire. We been there a dozen times throughout the years, I always get a steak of some type and always on special occasions, birthdays etc. This was the first time I was tempted to ask for steak sauce. The lump crab Kim had on the filet looked like it was just thrown on top with no rhyme or reason. She loved the baked potato. Of course the straight up martini was excellent. I would give our waitress Lily an score of 150 as she was one of the best we have ever had. Give her a raise :).

Had a wonderful Valentines special. The porterhouse steak was phenomenal. and so was the chocolate mousse bomb for dessert. our server Kira was the best and very attentive. It was my first time there, and it did not disappoint.

The real rating is based off service as we never got seated We arrived a few minutes prior to our reservation and was told we would not be seated for 30 to 45 minutes by the manager. Keeping in mind we booked this reservation weeks ago. Was told they booked some large parties and couldn't help us. We left. Felt like manager didn't care, a wait or not, I don't care attitude.

Terribly nervous and slow server. Had to track her down more than once. Food subpar at best esp for the price point. Did not see any crab in the Shrimp and Crab pasta. Steak overcooked and new one never made it back to table in time to eat with the rest. Attempt to give that guest a drink but "complimentary" was not said until after offered. Took forever to get dessert menus. Coffee luke warm and then returned after being microwaved because cup was too hot to handle. Steak then charged on bill......management got involved and did work hard to make things right. Pit even in the date cake...........Our first time and just not what we had hoped for the reputation and price point.

It's been a few years since we visited Woodfire. We used to go several times a year but have not been since Covid. We were very disappointed in our recent visit. The salads were mediocre at best. The salmon was fishy and the rib eye was gristly. I will say the service was wonderful. Our server was extremely attentive. Probably won't be back.

I regret that I can't remember our servers name, but she was so delightful with her use of “y'all”. I reiterated to her, the last time we were there (pre covid) our server referred to me as “hon” & for someone 30+ years older than her, I found that very degrading & overly familiar. Our food was DELICIOUS, as were my 2 raspberry lemontinis. I started with the harvest salad with sugared pecans, sliced apples, red onions & a delicious dressing that I couldn't identify. My entree was the beef short rib stroganoff with mushrooms on fresh made pappardalle pasta, thankfully it wasn't smothered in sour cream, but just light stroganoff sauce that was melt in your mouth. My husband had 1/2 wedge salad, which isn't as such on the menu, but out server suggested, next he had French onion soup that was presented with French fried onion topping the cheese over the soup & finally a prime rib big enough for 2 people but in this case 2 meals. Is it pricy? Yes, but definitely worth it for the food/ cocktails, the excellent service & the ambiance.

So very relaxing and enjoyable way to celebrate 44 years of marriage! Wonderful atmosphere with outstanding service and the menu and options were superb and so very enjoyable! Loved the truffles also! Wish they were available for purchase! Thank you for a wonderful experience and hopefully we can sure go back someday soon!

Great service, but food really took a hit. Crab cakes were horrendous. Might be lump on menu but overcooked, meat was more like claw and shredded and burnt. The lobster bisque was well below par on flavor balance and any type of lobster pieces it used to have. Main entree (pork chop w grits) was good and cooked to proper temp. The service was great and we made sure she knew it was not her fault. We have all been here many many times but the food was completely off tonight.
