My card had bounced, and I couldn't put any money on the card because my phone had broken a couple of days before.
The manager was very nice and just let me have my order for free.
I have been here before, and I will definitely be back again!
Dietary restrictions: They are very conscious about gluten allergies and will make the pizza in the back if you have Celiac disease! The only thing is they charge 4 dollars more for the gluten-free crust, and it is only in one size. But it is extremely good.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the wonderful woman who took my order and brought it out. She was cheerful and friendly which is refreshing (so many times I encounter sour people who act like they are just putting their time in). Nan's chicken pesto is my go to and it was delicious.

Disappointed, all the tables were dirty, they forgot the one topping I asked for and it looked like someone dropped something in my pizza and picked it out. Had to take it to go to make the movie showtime. Great date night, thanks Your Pie!

Good pizza, but not worth the price. Charging extra for gluten free because of an allergy that can't be avoided is wrong! You should remove the extra cost as a courtesy to those who have a medical food allergy.
I'm not super familiar with the Dubuque vegan possibilities but there are certainly better options than this. On the plus side, very nice employees that were helpful. They changed their gloves, verified what was or wasn't vegan, etc. No issues on that front. But this is basically Subway but with pizzas instead of sandwiches. It is fast food for filling your stomach out of desperation, nothing more. It is essentially tasteless no matter what you put on it. If traveling through Dubuque I would try pretty much any other option. It can't get much worse to be honest.

Guy making pizza was awesome. Friendly and cared about what customers wanted. Girl at register, not. She was rude and kept trying to gorgeous additional item on me after I said twice that I did not want other items. Even said I don't eat those things and she kept disrespecting me and trying to belittle me. Trying to tell me it's cheaper, but I don't want those items. Told her she should listen to the person in front of her instead of trying to be a bully.
