Wilton, Iowa, if I could give 0 stars I would!! The server was so rude and angry! They were out of ham, bacon, and most Breads, and when myself and grandkids ordered, she angrily shook her head "no" and started helping the next person! We left with no food!! Went to Durant, Iowa Subway, and was cheerfully given all we ordered!! I will never go to the Wilton store again!!

I have never met such rude people in my life. The manager is a negative, rude, hate-filled person. They do not have enough people working, but this manager has the audacity to believe they know someone in 30 mins. Are you joking? No wonder they dont have enough people! I live in Texas millions of people, you live in a town with what 1000 people maybe. I've managed people for years i can tell you it takes much longer than 30 min to do anything.So sad!

We ordered our food on line and we’re told it would be ready at 12:35, we got it at 1:30. They need more then one person working in there. We ordered 4 sandwiches at 10.00 each. Then I’m here waiting for our food and the lady kept skipping making our food and made others food.

The worker almost put an ingredient on a sandwich thevthe person ahead of my didn't want. Also tried to short me cheese when the sandwich called for 2x the cheese.Also there is black mold in the ice machine.

Sandwiches had very little meat, only one employee on a Sunday afternoon, and we were charged an extra few dollars that employee didn't know how to refund. Very disappointing visit. Pic is of a 6" turkey, provolone, bacon.. i did ask for light lettuce.
My husband and I have a standing date at subway on Sundays...I was so disappointed that they are not selling soup again until fall...dannng subway your soup is my favorite. Boo

Pre ordered 8 subs this one was supposed to be BLT extra bacon. Not only is there not extra bacon but it wasn't even cooked! Rubber raw bacon! Disgusting.
