Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered a double deluxe. Specifically said no ketchup. Ketchup was the only thing on it. No tomato, lettuce or other condiments.

Not very happy. Ordered a curbside pick up order online not thru the app. When I got my food and drinks it was messed up. Ordered a LARGE drink and recieved a medium. Ordered a caramel moolatte and got a mocha. And the burgers were luke warm and the fries and cheese curds were cold. Not happy. At all.

I have been to many DQ's in my are and this was the most cleanly it has a vibe that's definitely nowhere else in this area. Employee's are very personable, even the new trainie was on the top of her game! Just give it a try and you will believe!!

I didn't catch his name but the young man doing the register was very helpful and patient with us when I brought in my 5 sorta ruely niece's and nephews. He also helped grab ice cream for us. Very appreciated!

Use to be a 5 star rating now I've dropped it to a 1 star. Place is a joke. Definitely don't go at night you'll sit in the drive thru for an hour or you'll stand inside for the teenagers just to ignore you and not take your order (yes I did walk out.) Have to drive at least an hour for a decent dairy queen anymore. Went one day the food was terrible. Fries were hours old, the cheese curds were straight oil. Called the owner to let him know was promised a free meal (still never received it in the mail.) Definitely not worth coming here anymore. McDonald's is 10x faster.

Place is a rip off! Ordered a chicken basket with cheese curds instead of fries. Up-charged $2.99 for curds, no discount on not wanting fries. So you are paying $12.59 for two pieces of bread, six baby sized chicken strips, a small drink. Then the Up-charge brought it to $16.67. On top of that, I had to ask for a receipt! Gee! I wonder why? The owner is a crook in my opinion. Not at all an honest person that deserves a business.

Went to get some blizzards at about 5:30pm on a Wednesday night. 5:30 is supper time for a lot of people. We sat in line for our blizzards for about 20 minutes waiting for the 2 cars ahead of us to get their food. So what is also happening at 530pm at Dairy Queen? The manager is cutting the grass... And obviously taking his sweet time doing it too, doing a pass, waiting, doing another, pass waiting again. We had time to watch him, because we were in line for so long. I don't run a restaurant, but when you open for business at 10:30am, I could probably find a better time in the day to cut the grass other than the evening supper rush. What a moron.

Blizzards were good though.

Ordered a blizzard (drive thru) and noticed it was half melted so I took it inside and asked for a new one. The employee said that there was nothing that they could do. The blizzard was never flipped over either, now I know why. Just disappointed by the service. Love eating ice cream soup.

There 7$ meal deal is not worth 2 cents. No basket like they show in commer. Fry's are crap. Fountain pop is too. Place looks drab inside. Won't be going back!

Great place to eat sometimes just maybe they need to work on paying attention. A little better on orders went through a couple times and wanted a deluxe cheeseburger and I only got pickles and a crap ton of mustard and ketchup, but I love the food. Love the place just only issue I have is just pay some of them just need to pay a little bit of attention

Bunch of teenagers working. Messing around while I waited at the window. I looked annoyed because I saw my food sitting there so they finally came to the window to take my money. Talked about how I was being dramatic when they were just having fun. They also forgot my ice cream which i paid for. This DQ always has terrible service, will not be returning.
