We recently hosted our son’s baptism party in the event space. The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. Tara was very easy to work with while planning our event. Will book again for any future needs!

Called about Gluten Free as i’m Celiac. First person said they do GF but unsure how they prepared it. I asked if they could ask the kitchen. He must have handed the phone to a lady who went into the kitchen to ask. Unfortunately they didnt put me on hold and I heard the whole in appropriate conversation with her and the chef. Cussing and all!!! When she got back to me she said its GF. I told her what I heard and asked to speak to a manager as NO one should feel that way hearing through a phone and its an actual allergy and not a diet choice! Spoke to a manager, told him what I heard and mean-less to say we WON’T be dinning there. Teach your staff some respect and knowlege. Completely in awe

(Which I don't do, and has never been characteristic of me to be vindictive, nor, would I waste my time on cowardly behavior in an inconsequential town) I'll actually leave one. It's fine. Were were there on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. I was looking forward to a "community" steak. I ordered a ribeye...they were out of ribeye. They had a tenderloin on their specials...Both my husband and I ordered a tenderloin and I asked for butter with it (I eat low carb high fat). The server didn't know if they had butter. She comes back shortly and said sorry, but we are out of tenderloins. Soooo, I asked what beef they have. She said burgers. She gave us some time to look over the menu and the bartender came over to take our order. She seemed more experienced and was apologetic. We ordered burgers. My husband upgraded to a salad for a side. The salad came with the wrong dressing...not a big deal. As he looked over the salad, 50% of the spring mix was wet and decomposing, so the bartender said she would get us a new one. She came back and said all of their lettuce is like that and she wouldn't serve it, but if he wanted a salad, she would cut lettuce and make it for him. He changed to the parmesan asparagus like I had. The burgers came out prior to our appetizer. His burger was missing the cheese and my asparagus was missing the parmesan...oops. They fixed his burger and brought our steak bites appetizer, but forgot the butter that I ordered. They said they didn't have butter. Then they only had unsalted butter, and I said that was fine. I can add salt if needed. They brought the butter (about a teaspoon) and a cup of parmesan cheese to put on my asparagus. We are from out of state and traveled most of the day and just wanted to eat. The burgers were not cooked to our liking but it wasn't worth a fuss at this point. As my husband said, it was to the point of being comical. I felt sorry for the bartender and the other server, because I am sure their income is affected by the subpar food. Management and cooks, you've got to do better if you want to succeed.

Fuse = confusionSo many things here. We've been In here 4 times. Last summer being the first. And it consistently misses on every point.Don't even know where to begin.1) drinks = blue moon. Their out of oranges. One glass later out of blue moon.2) out of pineapple juice. Out of cherries.Now to the food. Steaks. We both got ribeyes. One Ribeye was huge. The second was extremely small. We complained and told its essentialy how it is. Um. Ok.Walking taco. Seems they forgot everything but the walking in this thing. With a big group we get it things get missed. But seasoning? Lettuce?Nachos. Horrible weird chips? Some fake meat no doubt! Horrible taste. Horrible presentation.The menu is bombarded with " community beef" . Community community community. Atleast 15 times on the menu. FYI. The local craze is over. We all assume it's local already. The fact it's labeled like that?Burger. Recommended by bar tender. Said it's the best beef. So. I've had chicken with more beef flavor. Save your money go to textile or even the ritz. Anywhere. Spent a few hundred dollars that I'll never see again. And what is it? Wine bar? Sports bar? Bar?

Fuse is such a great place! From the delicious appetizers (love the Asian tacos & steak nachos!) to the amazingly flavorful local fresh grown beef, large choice of beer and wine, (again, with many local varieties!), prompt and friendly staff, to the heart and soul of Fuse. You will not regret visiting this beautifully restored place. She also has a huge private room in the back for parties! Best place in town!
