There was a gentleman who was working the drive thru, and he was super nice! Wish I would've gotten his name. I don't say to many good things avout fast food places but this gentleman changed my perspective on it.

The young lady at the counter was very rude. She was on her phone. Really she acted as though she didn't want to be there. We wanted to dine in she never asked or listened when I said dine in. So because of her attitude we were ready to leave.

Wife ordered food, she only got 8 chicken nuggets instead of 10. She ordered my daughter a happy meal. They forgot her chocolate milk, and to top it all off they gave us rotten apples.

No toilet paper in restroom and no paper towels. 3:00pm after hitting the wall and dispenser for about 15min, a customer finally herd me and told a worker. He threw a role of toilet paper into my stall, and said here you go. After all of that, I didn't eat there of course. My phone was in my vehicle, so I couldn't call them. The crew didn't even seem to care! I love your food and have bought it for years. But I have had a lot of bad experiences in the last few months. I usually don't complain, but after this experience, and others in the last few months, I'm just not loving it anymore. I hope that you all really care about your customers to the point of actually fixing this one problem in this one restaurant. Being disabled even made it worse. One of the best McDonald's in Iowa. We went there on a cold winter evening, the food was served hot and fresh. The staff was friendly, service was fast, wonderful experience!!
Parking: free parking.

They almost never get your order right, or they leave things out of your order. Rarely give you sauces and when you go in to grab them, they try to charge you $0.20 for them. When you go in to get the rest of your order that they forgot, they angrily rip it from your hands and toss it in the trash while rolling their eyes (this was the manager) because after 30 min (drive and wait time) it was cold.
