No one in the restaurant and drive through. They still couldn’t get the order right. Did not give us all of our food. Had to go back and get a partial refund. Still no one in the restaurant or drive through. Then the cherry on top is they could not face me to hand me my refund. They put it in a paper bag and put it on the counter. Will call franchise owners and corporate tomorrow. Unacceptable and zero work ethic!

WHY DO YOU ALWAYS GET ORDERS WRONG! ALWAYS! Where are our sauces, I have worked in fast food and the incompetence of this fast food operation in Dyersville is some of the worst. Half the time the order is wrong the other have you are missing stuff. You can file a complaint and play phone tag with the manager then never get a resolution. One time I had a receipt in the middle of my burger. THE ONLY REASON I come back here is because this town has no fast food options and the kids like happy meals…but you guys mess that up too…my 4 year old son would like you to know he thinks you are all “stupid” for forgetting his chicken nugget sauce. Thanks for making a four year old mad, great job Dyersville

Girl with the pink braids should be fired for telling me to get out of her face for asking a simple question. She looks annoyed to be there every time I stop in. I'm a daily breakfast customer. Unbelievable that she works there. I told the manager and the manager mentioned that they're trying to get her out from interacting with customers. What a disgrace for a small town restaurant.

The young lady at the counter was very rude. She was on her phone. Really she acted as though she didn't want to be there. We wanted to dine in she never asked or listened when I said dine in. So because of her attitude we were ready to leave.

Wife ordered food, she only got 8 chicken nuggets instead of 10. She ordered my daughter a happy meal. They forgot her chocolate milk, and to top it all off they gave us rotten apples.
I stopped for ice cream and the manager was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond behind the counter! Would highly recommend this location.

No toilet paper in restroom and no paper towels. 3:00pm after hitting the wall and dispenser for about 15min, a customer finally herd me and told a worker. He threw a role of toilet paper into my stall, and said here you go. After all of that, I didn't eat there of course. My phone was in my vehicle, so I couldn't call them. The crew didn't even seem to care! I love your food and have bought it for years. But I have had a lot of bad experiences in the last few months. I usually don't complain, but after this experience, and others in the last few months, I'm just not loving it anymore. I hope that you all really care about your customers to the point of actually fixing this one problem in this one restaurant. Being disabled even made it worse.
