Rude and careless employees, I waiting in line for 10 minutes and missed the breakfast deadline by 1 minute when I ordered. Asked if I could order breakfast and he responded like that was a dumb question and said no. Should be no surprise but to anyone that McDonald’s does not care about their customers.

I dashed from here, and reading from the reviews, I too can say that this place takes a long time to prepare their food. I ordered just a simple medium coffee with no cream or sugar, and it takes them almost 20 minutes to prepare. Literally Ohio goes faster than this.The coffee was good, though so I'll give them 2 stars for grace.

Stopped by early for breakfast before work. These people obviously hated their job. They showed they didn't want to be there. I did not get what I wanted. The second time around, yes, I gave them a second chance using the app it was not any better. Zero stars total!!

Family restroom is out of service, so is urinal in men’s room. Men’s room stall was not clean…too dirty for me to let my six year old use. There were many fruit flies around the soda fountain.

I do not support this store. If I could give zero stars, I would. Current management is terrible. I overheard one gal in management cussing and swearing at the rest of the employees and bragging to other management that they cut some people's hours because of this, that, and other reasons (in case this isn't clear, this is called retaliation, and there are labor laws against this).

Unfortunately when going through the drive we did not recieve all of our order and what we did recieve wasn't as we had ordered it. I wish I could say it was really busy and maybe they were rushed, but it wasn't unfortunately ?

Good food, self serve kiosks, very clean. But the best thing about this McDonald's is their employee named Charlie. What a lovely and kind and positive person! McDonald's is lucky to have him! Thank you, Charlie, for being awesome : )

This place is nasty fly p*** all over touchscreens nasty tables smeared up windows. Not too mention they ruin our lunch date every time.One meal comes out 15 minutes for the other person on a 30 min lunch break. Never again this place is a dump. Asked for the manager his excuse was "I just started 3 days ago"I've been to a few McDonald's. My advise is to go to the quizno's next to it where the older gentleman who cares about his franchise will make sure your food is prompt and delicious.
