Every time my girlfriend and I go to Dubuque, we make a side trip to Dyersville and Textile brewing. We were there on the 19th of August, and enjoyed a couple of flatbreads and a flight plus a couple of more glasses of beer. Food was good, the young lady behind the bar was very nice. The decor of the tap room is really special.
Wow! We loved this place, and we've been to a lot of breweries! Great variety of beers, delicious giant pretzels and flatbread pizzas, beautiful build-out (including an awesome patio) and amazing, knowledgeable, patient service. There were a ton of people that came in while we were there from a baseball tournament that got rained out. Even though there was a huge rush and the place was filled with people, the staff handled it with so much grace.
