Polite waitress, clean and well lit facility. Fast service, nice variety of food offered on the menu. We observed several carry out orders being picked up. My Husband and I enjoyed our lunch there today. 👍

Chicken fried steak is extremely small for the price. Didn't look or tase homemade. I'm sure it was a frozen product. The broccoli today was not steamed correctly. Some pieces were warm and others were cold. I usually don't have any complaints about Family Table. Service is always hit or miss. Some days it's great and other days not so great.

Came from Idaho to visit family and they took us to eat dinner here. I had chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans and a dinner roll and my husband had a patty melt and fries. Food was great and my husband was pleased that the bread on his patty melt was not soggy like other places he has eaten at. If I lived in Iowa I would definitely be a regular customer.

A quaint, clean little diner with absolutely stellar prices. The "side" of pancakes were the size of a full order! We stopped by for breakfast in a Sunday and were served pretty much immediately. They appeared to have an ice cream counter, as well.

The food there is great! Last time I was there I had the fried pickle Burger and it was so huge and delicious! And their fries are incredible! The time before that I had their tenderloin and that was also delicious. Which is really really good and they give you a really big piece!!
