This place is great! Food is wonderful, service is fast, and staff is awesome! We ordered an incorrect item but they were extremely accommodating and quick to help get it right even though they were swamped already! We will be back and highly recommend this place!

Fam asked for something different... Someone mentioned this place during a meeting last week. I avoided the spot just because we have two small kids, but I was surprised.

We just had dinner at Hacienda Vieja and had a busser pour a drink all over me when he was taking dirty dishes to be washed. Someone brought a towel to me to use but I have no idea how clean that towel was so I did not use it. I wiped myself off the best I could with a napkin.
Mistakes happen, I understand that but it would have been nice if a manager came to at least apologize to me. There was no discount offered and no apology. This, in my opinion, is very poor customer service.
If this is the way you treat your customers, we won't be back.
