Subway is subway. This location appeared very clean and nice. The pans were clean and the sandwich bars ingredients were not mixed. This is always nice to see.

We ordered online. What an awful experience. Ordered 4-6” subs and one footlong. Didn’t receive the footlong, only a 6”. Went back to the store. Was given the other 6”. Grilled chicken had no chicken. Garlic Steak had one bite of meat. BLT with minimal everything except bread. The Boss had meatballs, but no marinara. Won’t be ordering or eating there again.

I asked for double steak and bacon, and it barely looks like they put single meat on there. This subway is by far the worst one I've been to and there employees need to do better. I highly recommend you don't go to the eagle grove subway, they are absolutely terrible.

Pretty great food, but the prices have skyrocketed in recent years. Despite this issue, still one of my favorite places to eat here in town. Food is top tier and always leaves me satisfied.
Completely screwed up order first one was a blt they forgot the l and t wasn't even going to say anything about the other one that was ordered as a deluxe with extra cheese got neither but they didn't mess up the price after I mentioned the first sandwich they offered to remake it although I was already home and 8 miles away their other option was 1 dollar off my next purchase which is just a joke after you spent 50 bucks plus tip. Nothing against it but they wonder why you can't keep a chain restaurant in eagle grove and the only other option is bar food or Mexican atleast those places would try to make it right and not insult you.. will not go back and I'll be surprised if they stay open long with business practices like that
