I came in pretty near closing time. There was dry mud on the floor that must have fallen off of someone's shoes but I had just come from hiking all day in the muddy rain and my shoes were soaking wet and very muddy so I took them off to go inside and had on my socks and pants that covered my feet almost completely I was in there for about 20 minutes waiting for my time because they were working on call In orders. There was nobody in the restaurant. And the girl behind the counter we started having a nice little conversation and then I told her that I had been out hiking and everything and that my shoes were muddy and stuff and she had no idea I didn't have my shoes on because you can't see from behind the counter people's feet. And I was in there for good 20 minutes waiting for my time to order because she asked me to wait. So I did I'd already been in there 20 minutes and when I mentioned to her that my shoes were muddy and everything and that my feet were sore and everything so I took them off so I didn't track any dirt in or anything like that about 10 minutes later she says to me so do you have those shoes hun? And I said yeah they're in the car she goes well I'm not really allowed to serve you so could you please put them on. And I thought to myself well I've been in here for 20 minutes The shoes are soaking wet and muddy and I said to her well would you like me to wear my muddy shoes in here I said there is mud on the floor already and the other girl said I don't mind cleaning it up. But for me I was not barefoot I had on black socks You couldn't tell I didn't have shoes on. My shoes were soaking wet and muddy and she wanted me to go put on my soaking wet muddy shoes again so I could come in and order a sandwich that was going to take another 2 minutes to give to me after I'd already been in there 20 minutes so for me that was ridiculous. I understand a no shoes no service but there was no sign in the restaurant for one thing and another thing I wasn't barefoot I had on socks and they were black. People can come in with flip flops on bare feet and just because they have a flip flop on it's okay? Their foot is still bare and exposed. My feet were not exposed they were in a pair of dry socks. And she wanted me to put on my wet muddy shoes again to order that sandwich so I did I went out there and I got my shoes and I was getting a little bit upset about it and when I came back in I said are you satisfied now that I'm not some kind of bum. Cuz will my boss made me do it I still be your boss isn't here and I've already been in the restaurant for 20 minutes you all you had to do is make my sandwich and I would have been gone but instead you made me go put my shoes on that were wet and muddy. I put my potato chips on the counter she refused to serve me I put my potato chips on the counter and I walked out. It was not necessary to do that there was nobody in the restaurant it was near closing. I had already been in there walking around for 20 minutes waiting patiently for her to finish the order before me that had been called in she couldn't have just served me for two more minutes her boss wasn't there My feet were not bare.

I ordered online they accepted my payment and then canceled my order and when I drove 30 min to them talk they could say was contact my card and that there was nothing they could do so I guess corporate will be called also due to the fact that the vegetables did not look safe so I guess I’m glad I didn’t get a sub but I still want my money back who do I talk to

This was the best subway experience I've had since coming to the US 3 years ago. Was in town visiting and decided to go to subway by myself. The signage was amazing. It's the first clean subway I've walked into in years. The sandwich artist Bri is the first one to actually understand my simple requests and make a perfect sandwich. She asked all the right questions to make sure she made the sandwich my way and had great knowledge of the menu and offerings. It was the best experience. I just wish I could frequent this location and hope all the sandwich artists there are that great. Might have to pick up another one with the family before leaving town.
Just wish subway didn't eliminate the wraps. I don't like the flatbread and am not a big bread fan. But the bread at this location I got instead was actually done well and the sandwich was great.

Wish I could give negative stars. I went in and instead of helping me who was next in line the made me wait 10 minutes while the lady made multiple subs from an online order. She doing it all while the other 2 stood around and joked. Then when I Ordered I daid the 16 like tge sign said and they had to ask what cheese. What toppings. It say what is on a 16 on the board. Then they all got attitudes and so did a karen customer. THEN IT WAS COLD. I asked to speak to a Manager and while I was trying to explain my side the employees kept interrupting me and the manager let them continue and didn't care. Worst experience ever. I used to go to there a lot. NOT ANYMORE there's other Restaurants in Eldora. GOODSTOP CLOSE SUBWAY and nake a kitchen.

Taye was the person I had the oh so lovely experience with tonight. Not only did he not make eye contact but said one word the whole time, I had three sandwiches, “toasted?” that was all I got. He physically sighed when I asked for one sandwich to be extra toasted, like pushing a button was hard. Not one thing he has to do was worth the slamming things down and making it INCREDIBLY apparent that he wanted NOTHING to do with his job or customers.

The service was good. But not really very friendly. No smiles. No real interest in interacting with another customer. Just get the job done. And I don't blame the people working here. Its just another dead end job in a place with little to offer.The meatball sub I ordered was mediocre at best. The bread was mushy, like subway bread always is, and it looked like someone squashed it while wrapping it up. The sandwiches always look that way because the bread is too soft.The meatballs lacked flavor. Nothing Italian about them.Its been a long time since I ate at subway, and it will be a longer time before I eat there again.
