“I was the only one inside...plenty of people going thru drive thru...and let me tell you Holly was running that restaurant by herself and she was killing it..was doing the drive thru waiting on ME...she was polite didn't get flustered..stayed calm this lady needs to be recognized...WTG Holly..

“I frequently use the drive thru to get sweet teas,Especially in the morning. The staff is the best. From the friendly greeting at the pay window from a young gentleman, to another friendly greeting with a wonderful smile to greet me at the pick-up window, and from not just one staff person, but several. Asking how I am,was there anything else I might need,such as napkins or straws,to complimenting me and telling me to have a blessed day. When my young son is with they are sure to say hello and hope he is doing great in school,etc. The morning staff is an asset to this company. I will continue to go to this location just to get this type of service that most food businesses lack today!!!!“

“The two ladies working were really nice pricey but good food. The chicken didn’t have no flavor. It was not too dry, but not juicy taste it better once I added salt wish they had more site options for people with diabetes. I tried the ranch that came with my son’s chicken tenders, the ranch is really good. Their ranch reminds me of Dairy Queen‘s ranch.“

“Portillo’s has a great atmosphere filled with classic signs and neon, very fun and nostalgic. My Big Beef was solid. Service, however, missed the mark; the girl at the counter was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Despite that, the food and vibe still make Portillo’s worth a visit.“

“We came this past Sunday, 9/29, for our son's 10th birthday and it was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh, our fries stayed filled and she made sure to bring extra campfire sauce (the b-day boy's favorite!) I wish I would've gotten our server's name, she was tall, skinny, her makeup was flawless and had a leopard print headband and phone case. She was SO SWEET!! Very attentive, she engaged not only with us but our son too. She made sure we had everything we needed and even got all the other servers to come over and sing to our son for his b-day. He was so excited and even got a Polaroid to take home of him and his b-day sundae. I just wanted to make sure they know what a gem they have in this waitress b/c she was absolutely awesome. Thank you so much for making our son's day so special!“

“Chef Bubba seasons and prepares The finest Ribeye steak in the quad cities. Me and my 11 year old son can't wait for Saturday to roll around for our steak dinner with baked potato, side salad "extra cheese", and a wonderful little dinner roll! Seriously a melt in your mouth steak!“

“We had lunch at this location after having a bad experience at the Elmore location after the general manager offered to make up the bad experience to us. I’m glad we gave them a second chance. Michelle our waitress was fantastic. She was also working as the hostess of that moment and also was very attentive even though she was the only one in that area. I will be visiting this location again unfortunately unfortunately the original visit we had at Elmore was not good, but at least I know we can come here and get treated well and also the food was good.“

“I want to give a Big shout out to Burger King in Bettendorf. My son lost his game system there a couple months ago and this week told us where he lost it. Thinking a slim chance it would still be there I took a chance and called and to my surprise it was there! Thank you to the honest people that work at Burger King my son was able to get his system back. Thank you guys so much it’s glad to know there are still caring and honest people in this world! “We ordered an ultimate bacon burger and chicken Alfredo. Burger tasted good and honey mustard on the side was delicious for fries. Alfredo was HORRIBLE. I should have asked for a different meal. We had 3 people from our group try it and it was terrible to each person- we didn’t even eat half of it nor did we box it up.
Service was fantastic with our large party. I don’t remember our servers name but she was a delight and very conscious of when to get drink refills or check on table.
Environment was great during a home iowa game. People cheered, people had conversations, etc. But honestly- don’t get the Alfredo.“

“Stopped at this Applebee's on Elmore after a day of shopping. My steak was amazing so tender and flavorful! The service was great, manager even came out to ask us how everything was. Nice atmosphere at dinner time. My youngest daughter even asked if we can come back every weekend! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!“
