The burgers were NASTY! They oozed grease with every bite. And it wasn't a good, juicy burger grease. Was cloudy and made the burger disgusting. Needless to say, we did NOT finish them.
Unsurprisingly, I had stomach issues the rest of the day, which didn't make our long day of travel pleasant, at all.
The staff was fine, but the Manager was complaining about things both to US, the customers, and to her staff very loudly.
Also, someone wasn't listening, or communication is an issue, because one of the staff had to come ask us HOW MANY of the (nasty) burgers we ordered. Our receipt showed the correct info, so we're not sure where the disconnect was.
Overall, between the awful burgers and the staff issues, we won't be stopping at this location, again.

I went ito Eldridge and ordered 6 omelet biscuits and three orange juices. The gentleman called Mike first came up cause an employee clocked out and he had to fix something. Then when he seen my order in kitchen he says you got to be kidding me 6 omelet biscuits. My family loves the ultimate biscuits so from now on I am going to a new Hardee’s because I don’t like negative attitude.
Horrible service and food...don't know how they stay open.
It was ok but the restaurant front end was dirty something was spilled on the floor and hadn't been cleaned up and the men's restroom was dirty and not cleaned
The wait in the drive thru was a ten minute wait. Bacon was not cooked long enough, Instead of redoing order was refunded and refused service. Very rude.
I ordered one sausage maple biscuit and a black coffee. I was rang up the combo, fine....it then took over 5 minutes to get my food. I ended up with a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, some soggy hash rounds and coffee that seems to have been from the day before.

I drove up so did not experience “atmosphere”. I was about 5 minutes early for switch-over from breakfast & asked if I could order a Big Hot Ham & Cheese early so I could take it to work. They were so nice & immediately said “no problem”—the girl’s name, I later caught, was Carissa, who continued to be just as friendly and accommodating thru the remainder of my experience.

Very bad customer service, ignored at front counter, while crew member swept floor, then told to sit down until my name was called, won't be returning to an establishment that let's there employees test there guests so disrespectfully.

Every time I try and go in and eat for lunch it takes me 20 minutes to get my food using all my lunch break up. I even tried using the app and setting a time for pickup. When I arrived I still waited 20 mins for my order. Seems like the drive thru is the faster option. Idk but I haven’t enjoyed my experience here.
