I frequently use the drive thru to get sweet teas,Especially in the morning. The staff is the best. From the friendly greeting at the pay window from a young gentleman, to another friendly greeting with a wonderful smile to greet me at the pick-up window, and from not just one staff person, but several. Asking how I am,was there anything else I might need,such as napkins or straws,to complimenting me and telling me to have a blessed day. When my young son is with they are sure to say hello and hope he is doing great in school,etc. The morning staff is an asset to this company. I will continue to go to this location just to get this type of service that most food businesses lack today!!!!

I went through the drive thru 15 mins before closing, which is when I expect not the best food but I got the BEST quarter pounder I’ve ever had, the cashier was also super sweet.

I am very disappointed. Often the service is terrible and the food quality is the reason. The fries are rarely fresh and neither is the meat . We eat the food because we make the mistake of hoping it might be different. Today is the last time we will visit the eldridge location unless tremendous change happens. We will also discourage all our auto repair business customers from visiting this location.

Can't take a bill larger than a $20 have it posted. It's 2025. Let's get with the times. For a family of four going to Mcdonalds anymore you might be dropping $30-50 depending on ages of kids. And they can't take a bill larger than a $20. Wake up management. This kind of flawed and short-sighted thinking is what hurts a business. Why would you not take cash from a customer?
A lot of high school kids work here. Expect your food to literally be thrown together. It's a 50/50 split between nice respectable employees and stuck up rude ones. Wouldn't recommend there's better locations.

At 8:45 pm on 10/18/2024 I can say that the food is fine. However, the service by one member in particular is notably worse. The manager ran us out our order & was quite kind after a lady called the wrong number (the one shown on our receipt & the order's receipt matched). She also left out our fry, but whatever, no big deal. When I went to retrieve it, she stood there, not acknowledging me at all. Another kind young man came around the corner, remedied the discrepancy & went about his previous task. She only approached & went by after that encounter concluded.

Got Food Poisoning from here And when leaving the drive through I could hear them bickering about something and didn't sound like its very good and I know I didn't do anything that caused it but it's sounded like it was directed towards me. Keep your personal feelings at home don't mess with people's food. Especially when I don't know anybody there that would know me. And have always been very nice to everyone there.
