Stale bread workers did not care about their job

Gary L

I am disabled with bad knees.
I walked in to get a footlong tuna sub.
The owner and manager let me stand there for a minute while they discussed staffing issues. No hello, no what can I get you. I know the knew I was there, because the owner grabbed a paper to make a sub on while they kept ignoring me.
I guess the don't need any more of my business.

Seeing these reviews, I'm glad to see it's just not me. Exact same issue as the previous review. Ordered online, picked it up, got home, saw that it was not what I ordered then had to drive back to get it corrected. Seems like it's always something with this location. One thing I do know is that they need to do a better job with training. On another day, similar situation. I did point out to the woman who I believe is the owner that the girl who made my sub needed some training. She stated that this person was new......that was the exact point I was trying to get through.

You need to get your act together!!! Then again, with this location failing its customers, I'm onboard with the previous reviewer. Eldridge needs a Jersey Mike's in town. They would get a ton of local business including the local Deere facility and other businesses in the area.

It’s been quite some time since I ordered from Subway. I guess this is a reminder why I ordered a foot-long outlaw cheesesteak with double meat and to have it toasted. Picked it up from the drive-through window on time took it home which is a two minute drive opened it uptook a bite noticed right away that the sub was not toasted. In fact the cheesesteak itself the meat was cold. Next time I won’t waste my money on subpar sandwiches. Hopefully Eldridge gets a Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s so we have better options

You know

What a joke of an establishment. Children were sleeping in the car. Asked them to accommodate me at the drive thru window for one six inch sandwich so I didn't have to drag the children inside. They would not. I was told it is for online orders only and then had the windows slammed in my face.

Someone worker made my footlong cookie cold! so i went up to her and she got
mad and put it back in the oven, i said thank you and she rolled her eyes! To me that is very rude and i cant believe workers would do that!

Ordered online, picked up order, took home...NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I returned the sandwich, manager said their policy was no refunds. She scraped all the meats and toppings from the bread and reloaded the soggy bread. I've purchased from the old Subway across the street and the new facility. No more. For the price of a sandwich, the manager threw away a customer. I predict this establishment will be gone in a year or two. I do not recommend the Eldridge Subway.

Legit one of the fanciest subways. Bread was nice and fluffy (bigger than 12 inches too) and the cookie was incredible. It was super clean and the workers inviting. 10/10 best subway

The new subway is so nice the blend of them and a coffee shop is super cool. The service was outstanding.

I feel like it's the most expensive subway I've been too. 2 footlongmeals with drinks cost 28 dollars.

The sandwiches were good. We did curbside order, and I thought it took longer than necessary to get them to us. I also feel it's getting pricey.
