Picked up a footlong roast beef and put it in the truck cooler to eat a couple hours later. A few hours after eating i developed a sudden case of montezuma's revenge. Cross contamination, I would suspect. Won't be back

The staff was very rude and hung up on me when I called them. I asked to talk to manager and they said she wouldn’t be there until tomorrow and hung up on me. I’m very upset with this locations employees

Mobile ordered here for the first time I didnt want lettuce so i requested extra spinach. I only got around 6 leafs on my footlong. Not coming back to this location. La port road is better.

Holly and Aubrey are my favs! Excellent customer service and make the experience personable. Establishment is always clean, no rotting fruits and vegetables. Definitely my go-to Subway!

The only Subway store I have visited that actually knew how to make the sandwiches correctly. There was not an overabundance of sauces. Every other store makes them so messy.
We went there yesterday we bought subs my wife was totally wrong and her paper thin for the price she pay for him. Didn’t have hardly any toppings on it and missing toppings and their paperthin.
Picked our order 11/22/24 and when I got home there was barely anything on the sandwhich, the meat didn't even cover the whole sub. Pretty sure they put the amount meant for a 6" on the 12". That was by far the worst sub I've ever had and I will likely never go back to the Evansdale location again.

I could not believe the price they wanted for a sub sandwich. Granted been about a year but, they were, let's just say could have went to sit down restaurant for the price I paid for my subs. Which was only 2 subs and quality of the sub wasn't that great. I use to love going to Subway because it was a good value. Not anymore. Subway- do better.

I took my grandsons to Subway and we got our sandwiches and they were made right and my problem was when I went look at my bank account I got charged twice so I brought my receipt in and show them and they told me that I couldn't do nothing about it I'd have to talk to the owner I called the owner several times without returning a phone call so I finally emailed corporate and they told me that somebody would get back with me so finally after 2 weeks this lady called me and said that if Rob don't get ahold of me within a week I need to call him back first of all this is very unacceptable and also it is theft my bank told me that I can't do nothing about it because it was happened 2 hours after the first charge was made

After visiting this place 3 times and getting the same server all 3 times, I will no longer come here at all. My sandwich is always messed up and they always scan my coupons then tell me something happened and they have to void the order to where my coupon is no longer valid. I understand once in awhile problems but 3 times of messing my order up and then charging me for both sandwiches when I have a BOGO coupon is absolutely ridiculous. I don't have this issue with any other subway I visit.

Burnt bread, all 7 loaves they had. They were out of every style bread except a burnt batch of 7. Only option was burnt wheat bread(which I didn't see was burnt at the time) , or 4 loaves of smaller white bread that they were discounting because they came out wrong. They had maybe 7 loaves left at 1130am on a Sunday. There was not a rush hour, the place was empty and they were out of all bread?? How?? How does a sandwich shop not have bread to make the main items they sell?! And if that is the case, why are they open?!?! Close the doors, because there was nothing to order besides 7 loaves of burnt bread, and there were 3 people behind us, we ordered 3, umm what was left?? They shouldnt have sold any of what they had, it was unacceptable. And not even saying the bread was burnt is ridiculous. They were out of meats, they were out of some veggies. There was a girl in the back, a girl making our order, and a girl passed out at the tables, who works there. The girl from the back came around and called for her and had to yell a few times before she woke up. Every dang time we travel, we stop at the absolute worst subways. It's gotten pathetic, the chain is not what it used to be and it very clearly shows. Don't waste your time or money here. This seemed like a typical day at this location, and from other reviews I'd absolutely back that statement.
