Every time we go into eat, there a 2 gentleman that work there that are so rude and act like it’s an inconvenience for us to be there and we are bothering them. The fella with long hair slammed my son’s shake on the counter and yelled in a mean way “chocolate shake” as if he was mad it was ordered from the kiosk… enough to where the whip cream splattered all over the counter. The only reason he ordered there is because they make it seem like it’s inconvenient for the 2 workers. The other guy is tall and short hair that sings a lot. I don’t mind the singing but the attitude he puts off to people is so rude. I think everyone else is polite that works there except the two guys that work the night shift. I understand that in your personal life there may be struggles, as we all have those at some point, but is it really necessary to act that way to customers who choose your business to buy from? I want to take each one of them aside and ask if they are ok because I genuinely am concerned that maybe they just need someone to talk to and listen to them. The food is good during the day but at night it tastes like the burgers are microwaved.

Store wouldn’t use the app. This location doesn’t sell curly fries. The ice machine didn’t work at all. Our food was lukewarm and seemed like it had been sitting there all day, yet it took 10 minutes to come out. How on earth is this place still open, go to subway across the street if you need to stop for a meal.
Went through the drive through. Cashier was nice, food was good, neighborhood was sketchy. A few blocks from there was the creepiest road GPS took us on to get there. It evolved driving under a bridge on a very narrow short road. Under the bridge was alot of sketchy people with a large fire burning.

I went through the drive through today- ordered a mushroom & Swiss burger a little before 12:00 noon. I was the only one in line & it took a forever. When I got it - it was not very warm, the bun was stale, & there were a least 2 pieces of foil in the sandwich- very disappointed!! The window to the drive through was filthy!! I will NOT be stopping there again!!!!

Lauren ( a new employee ) was / is absolutely fantastic. Great customer service. The manager Gail leads a great crew. Place was clean , food was excellent and fresh , hot . In a day of “ well I will just do my job.” These two apparently have never heard of that and go far beyond that lame idea. Please get Lauren into management training asap. I am a OTR driver and impressed. Thank you.

Was on a work trip I went in at around 11 and the first thing I see is a worker in a camo ball cap with long hair talking extremely rude to a customer. I believe it was racially motivated due to the fact the customer was Mexican and struggled with English. Slammed his cup on the counter and told him to hurry and leave. Food was good but that worker rlly didn’t sit right with me.
