Brought 3 of my grandkids here just randomly, and the service was awesome. Of course, they loved the ice cream but ended up ordering FF 3 times!

13 dollars for a shake and a cone? You gotta be kidding me. On top of that, the receipts don't even show the items, just the total.

Posted on the drive thru Turn blizzard upside or get a free blizzard. Asked about my coupon for my free small blizzard. They said they weren’t participating in that. Well you can’t advertise it and not participate. That’s FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!

Old food and bad food. The manager talking back. When I ask to get my refund back.

Just stopped to get dinner after being in the road all day. Older lady was rude and didn't listen to our order we had to repeat multiple times . At the window I mentioned missing my drink she got an attitude and stated she didn't hear anything and everything else is right. Leaned in the window and looked at me like I was stupid. She can fix her bad 80's make up and her attitude.

They don't even mix the blizzards to the bottom of the cup, numerous times even when we asked. We're not going there anymore.

Worst food ever! Chicken strips were burnt and dry, burgers were the same, and buns stale. Employees didn't look like they had the best hygiene. We ate only a few bites of food and tossed the rest in fear we would have food poisoning later.

Did drive-thru with my niece at 12:30 on 6/21/23. Usually, I have had ok experiences with this DQ. The gal (large, white, brown hair, married) that took our order was nasty and rude from "welcome" to the moment she slammed the window in our faces and stormed away, making a Hispanic guy finish giving us the pretzels. She refused to accommodate the simplest requests (warm up the brownie, napkins), never said thank you, and was an all-around horrible example of customer service, DQ, and even a human being in general. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Employees VERY RUDE!! 5/4/23 who ever the workers were, were extremely rude when we told them they messed up on blizzards & gave us the wrong sizes and the flavors. Worker told us so what you’re not going to eat them. Then proceeded to roll her eyes. We just kept them and left.

I thought they were done serving old food but I guess not....my fries were salty and soggy and the tenders hard neither being warmer than a baby's bottle!! I'm not sure how they stay in business during the winter
