Service is terrible never enough people working. Fast food is a myth at this point I've ordered at ait down restaurants with faster service then this. At this point they should just shut it down

Every time I come here the food is old and cold. The manager is always so rude to me and makes me so scared to say anything about the food. It would be nice to be able to get some good hot food here since there is not much fast food here in town! Not only that but then the manager will talk bad about customers and refuse to make things that he don't want to make. Last time I was here someone in the drive through wanted 5 chocolate milk shakes and he refused to make them!

We were in the restaurant on Monday, October 7. We were informed that we could only order the 1-7 meals from the menu. Reason being they were out of several items. We could only order curly fries because they were out of regular fries. Absolutely no ketchup available. The fountain dispensing place was needing wiped down. It was disgusting. The people working there were very pleasant and apologizing several times for the inconvenience. This was unacceptable customer service with only a very few items available. Not acceptable. Were's the manager?

Food was old and store was dirty. Cashier was incredibly angry. I got the wrong order and the food was old. I tried to call to report this issue and it rang for a while, picked up and hung up. I tried to call back and only get busy tones. Don't go here

We’ve probably been waiting for about 30 minutes now. When we got up to the window, the person helping us did not say hello or anything. He just gave us our stuff. It’s been about 10 minutes since we’ve gotten our drink, and our food still hasn’t shown up, the service quality here to be desired. Major improvements are needed.
