The burgers were slapped together, the burger was half out of the bun, the fries were definitely 3 times fried over, they were just oil crisps, the pop was more water than pop, the unsweetened tea, I have no description on how gross that was. If I could do negative stars I would.

has really gone downhill the last couple years every time we go something is wrong, the drinks clear with no flavor, smaller size drinks and side than paid and ordered, never fresh fries or hash rounds they are always dead and cold, shakes never fully mixed, dirty environment and almost never has good customer service.

She was a foggy Sunday, July 27th, 2025. I had asked my Ma the night before if she would like some biscuits and gravy from Hardee's. She seemed pretty pleased at the offer and so I made off the next morning for the Estherville location. I stopped at Kwik Trip and made the order over the Hardee's App for two. Iscuits and gravy with the hash rounds then went into the convenience store to get a fee things while my breakfast could be made. I get to Hardee's at the drive-thru and wait a couple minutes until a gal finally chimes in that they was closed. She had said due to no biscuits they couldn't open and I questioned her how I would go about a refund since I already paid through the app. She said to call customer service and they should take care of it. I get home and send feedback of my issue through a link in the app. Got a response a few hours later with a $5 coupon. That basically covered the drive there (live about 20 miles away). I still had the issue of reimbursement for the charge. So that afternoon I call up the Hardee's store of Estherville and a motivated, very competent sounding fellow by the name of Mike answered. He politely asked if I could call back since he was super busy with just the two employees holding down the fort (ummm, not Fort Defiance BTW). I gave him a jingle back and he was very apologetic and explained the situation as apparently the store manager hadn't shown up that day. Within a few hours Mike was able to get my charge reimbursed and make this guy believe there is still such a thing as customer service in this world. Thanks Mike, you did outstanding!!

Got to be the most disgusting Hardees I've ever seen. I ordered a large regular fri and roast beef. The fris were mixed half curly half regular, soggy and cold. Ended up in the waste basket. The roast beef was tolerable after I replaced the soogy wet smashed bun with one I had at home. The person waiting on me didn't know how to make change.. Never again! Shouldn't even give them one star.

Probably the dirtiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. Couldn’t even use the restrooms because they were disgusting. All the tables were dirty and floor was sticky everywhere you stepped. Definitely would be embarrassed if this was my work place.
