I picked up my order at the drive through window. When I arrived home I got a call from the manager advising that I was given someone else's order. I asked if the delivery driver could bring my order and make the switch. Was told this was not possible. I drove back to the store. No apologies given and my pizza was now cold. I have been offered free pizzas from Domino's for a lot less.

When we walked in the manager was yelling at the staff about being shorted. I didn't think she saw us and after about a minute waived her arm and said just go sit wherever you want. She continued to yell. The server seemed very shaken, but was very pleasant. She got our drinks and took our order. The manager continued to yell at the girl about someone not showing up for work and stated that she has to do everything herself while throwing pans and stuff around the kitchen. The delivery driver came in and she yelled at him as well that she was too busy because she has to do everything. It was very difficult to enjoy our meal. The employee's that were there do not deserve to be treated like that. It's no wonder people don't show up to work with a manager like that. To our waitress/server: you did a great job! You deserve better.

One of best Pizza Huts we eat at... Unfortunately no bread sticks this evening but the girl recommended the cheesy garlic bread not disappointed. everything was cooked perfectly and service is always above and beyond. Will be coming back

The pizza and Cinnabons were underdone and since I was traveling, inedible. There is a phone number but as others have noted, you can’t get anyone. I ordered online. Would avoid.

Ordered a meat lovers stuffed crust to be delivered. Took 30 min longer than the delivery time said. The pizza was only half cooked. Wet doughy texture. Called to report it and they said only a manager can fix the order. Don't recommend this place.

I am not one to leave reviews but at 11:15 in the morning I have never been in an eating joint that had such filthy floors in the dining and the floors and counters in the kitchen were worse. Food in the buffet was mediocre. That was the first time I ate there and am in no hurry to go back

Was there today just leaving this girl yells at her customers, yelling at her cowoker who looks news, my mom asked a question and she’s yelling, my results if you don’t like it here don’t work

I first tried to place an order by phone but, no one would answer, so, I did an on-line order for carry-out. I got a confirmation it would be ready in 15 min and I opted to "pay in store" upon pick up. When I arrived the door was locked. Another customer drove up to the pick up window and had to ring the bell twice before anyone noticed her. I then got in line behind her to pick up my order. When I got to the window, I asked the worker if they no longer take phone orders and he said "no, not when we're swamped and there's only 2 of us here" No one wants to work" The pizza was edible but, the quality of the food itself is not what it used to be. They were very sparse with the amount of toppings as well.

We were staying in Spirit Lake, called the Estherville Pizza Hut to ask if they had a Lunch Buffet. When we drove past there they had a big yellow sign stating they offer a Lunch Buffet Mon- Fri, and on Sunday 11-1:30. The person that answered stated that yes, they did have a Lunch buffet, so we preceeded to drive the over 30 min. just to find the door locked at 12:00 with a sign on the door closed until further notice. I continued to call business, and no one answered. Wow!!! Totally unprofessional!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Pizza Hut in Estherville, IA is the worst. The waitress couldn't answer any of our questions about the menu. We did not get our breadsticks until way after we got our pizza. I love Pizza Hut, but this location sucks. Will NEVER eat here again and don't recommend anyone else to eat here either. And the place was filthy. AVOID!!!!!!

Went there for the lunch buffet. The staff was very rude. The food was awful. The pasta was cold and hard. The pop was flat and when it was brought to the staffs attention all she could say was that she didn't know anything about it. The staff refused to make more food for the buffet at 12:30pm because it was over at 1:00pm. There was still people coming in for the buffet. My family refuses to return.
