Went in today, started getting helped, then employee left counter took a phone call, we waited about 10 minutes for her to get off phone, none of the other 3 people would help finish our order, so we said screw this & left. Even asked if we can get some help & got ignored. Would not recommend this location.

Not gonna hate on this place ive loved it all my life ( how ever long it's been there. But...The first gal made my sandwich, all good she did a good job. The second gal. After the person in front of me payed and my sandwich was ready to be finished. She grabs a cookie and splits it in half. With her gloves on. She than takes her time eating said cookie. Then proceeded to touch my sandwich without changing her gloves. Like bro come on...

Workers are unsanitary. Pick their nose and pull up their pants with gloves on and then touch food with it. Also complain that they have to make sandwiches (ordered 4 for lunch for company). Worst experience at Subway

Waited over 35 minutes for my order to be done, which was only 2 subs, for a place that is supposed to be somewhat fast it is absolutely ridiculous, it should not matter how busy you are, that's unacceptable, thanks to having to wait so long I didn't have time to eat my lunch on my 1 hr allowed lunch break, mind you I put my order in before I went on my break. Do better Subway
Website says open, sighn out front says open at 9:00. I drove all the way up there and they are not open and it's after 9:30, wth
Staff was friendly and made sure to put together a yummy and pretty sandwich! You could tell they cared about the product they were making!!

KALLIE IS ALWAYS HAPPY AND SO PERSONABLE - NO MATTER HOW PICKY AND DIFFICULT I CAN BE ORDERING!!! The other employee was also a rockstar. Subs are always awesome and perfectly prepared. MY FAVORITE SUBWAY FOR SURE Keep up the good work.

The worst subway restaurant ever! Giving 1 star is me being nice. They were out of a lot of meat and I ended up getting something new in the menu. l asked for pepper jack cheese and the girl making my sandwich asking several times if I didn't want American cheese.. "no I do not want American cheese, I want pepper jack cheese" and she gave me an attitude. They keep stale vegetables in front, not appealing, so I told the girl i wanted fresh vegetables instead of the lettuce turning brown and she tells me they need to finish the ones I'm seeing first. I looked at her straight in the eyes and said I want fresh veggies, then she went to the back and replaced the stale ones. Who does that?? Even the tomatoes, olives, cucumbers looked old.. bad service and the customer behind came in to pick up an order she placed online and they messed up her order smh.. if it's just for the sake of having a Subway in Estherville, this franchise needs to either hire better people and fix all the wrongs to improve, or just shut down this place.. it's just unsanitary.

Oct. 8, 2023. I placed online order. When I got there, I was told order was made wrong, they would have to re-do it. I was to come back in 25 min. I got back there and it STILL wasn't ready. I waited another 10 minutes for my order. After I got it and left, I drove about halfway home before I looked in the bag. No soda or chips. I call and was told I should've gotten those myself. Excuse me, no one said, hey grab your chips and pop before you leave! I go back again, grab my stuff and finally, after over an HOUR AND A HALF from the time I ordered, I get home. As I unload my bag, I open the cookie box (I ordered 12 of one, 6 of another) only to discover there are 16 cookies. They were also all mushed together as they were not cooled before packing them. I understand things can go wrong, people make mistakes, but this was ridiculously bad all around. And I spent close to $50 there!On a positive note: Our order (salad and a footlong, with extras added) were INCREDIBLE. The woman who made them must've felt bad for the initial mess-up and she out-did herself; both were made with generous amounts of all our toppings. So, kudos to her for that.All in all, my advice is DON'T order online from here, they apparently don't read what you request for toppings, etc. Better to show up and order at the store.

The food is good, however, today one of the staff members Rachel, was not very friendly. She didn't say a single word after I asked her to wash her hands. she was stocking chips when I came in and was on the floor. She was asked to assist her coworker and when coming from the back area she had adjusted her waist band of her pants. Rachel was going to put gloves on and start making my order when I asked her to please wash her hands. She seemed bother by being asked a reasonable request. Rachel was rude and unfriendly. Her coworker was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Had a mobile order and it was messed up both of the crackheads thar were working were VERY RUDE. And they tried to charge me for a remake . Like lol
