I wanted the white cheddar mac'n cheese but they were out and they didn't have the apple turnover that I wanted also. But the drive-thru guy was very nice and apologetic and even upgraded my fry from a medium to a large for inconvenience, which I really appreciated.

Worked all day & was hungry, went through the drive thru & ordered rb classic, didn't look at the order until I got home. I got buffalo chicken, it was alright but I was looking forward to rb. I rarely eat there but I guess it was on me to check my order.

Had to wait 15 minutes at the drive threw for shitty hard crunchy curly fries that where upside done in the bag and didn't even fill the large container when gathered back up
Staff was eating behind the counter and are always on their personal phones. Staff was vaping near the food behind the counter. Didn’t wash hands after vaping and touched food. Ordered a vanilla shake, watched them put vanilla ice cream in an already made shamrock shake that looked like it had been eaten out of but insisted it was vanilla even though I tasted mint. Very poor customer service.

What do I love best about Arby's the roast beef sandwich and the french fries. Mozzarella sticks are awesome but you can't always pack yourself full of cheese. I really love Arby's and I always have
