I stopped by The Arby’s on 400 Evansdale Dr. in Evansdale, Iowa I found a store to be very clean. The food fresh and hot. The staff was very professional. Was greeted by Steve the manager he asked if I see the resemblance between him and Brad Pitt The crew had a nice sense of humor.

When I pulled up I saw a sign for there white cheddar Mac & cheese and thought it looked good when I got it it looked ok but when I took my first bite it tasted like gym feet and was not good at all but the hot ham and cheese was good as always

Newly remodeled and looking good. Staff was friendly and did a great job of suggestive selling. Food was delicious and made the way I asked. Very happy experience!

I wanted the white cheddar mac'n cheese but they were out and they didn't have the apple turnover that I wanted also. But the drive-thru guy was very nice and apologetic and even upgraded my fry from a medium to a large for inconvenience, which I really appreciated.

Worked all day & was hungry, went through the drive thru & ordered rb classic, didn't look at the order until I got home. I got buffalo chicken, it was alright but I was looking forward to rb. I rarely eat there but I guess it was on me to check my order.
