The service really sucked. I think I took the girl away from her phone. I didn't get what I ordered. Overall, the place was horrible. I know I won't be back there. I did not get a receipt to reference an order number, but I know I ordered it February 26 at about 1400. I got a computer generated response from the "owner" but it made it pretty obvious they didn't even read the comment I left because they had me open up the Burger King app and it said it needed a receipt in order to go any further like I said in my comments, they couldn't even give me a receipt I don't expect anything back. I won't ever be back at that store again.

The quality of the food seems to get worse every time I go there. The staff were very good. They didn’t have ranch dressing, no cheesy tots or onion rings.

I called the restaurant at 8am on 1.29.25 to ask a question. The manager on duty hung up on me instead of answering my question. Then nobody answered when I called back. When I went to the store I stood around for 5 minutes and nobody was around. Must be a ghost town

Not sure where all the workers hang out but it’s a ghost town. Only person here and ordered a bacon burger with no pickle. Received a burger with pickle no bacon ?? It’s at least clean here.

Went through the drive-through was told to pull around had to wait 10 minutes watch three or four other cars going in front of me get their food. They never brought my food out. I had to get out and go inside to get it. Worst experience ever never going back to Burger King again.

At the "Home of the Whopper" they were out of whoppers? I was told this right as I walked in and the team member was very aggressive about telling me for no reason. The place was not busy and the couple staff members were kind of rude in general and were not present the once I was handed my food. My guess is they were messing around in the back.
Dined in on 10/28 around 8:30pm. Food was cold. Floor mats/rugs seating on garbage cans in main dining area during open hours. Drink machine only offered 5 limited options. Iced drink machine was not working.
Pretty sure thinking back my cheeseburger didn't have cheese on it. Also, $.15 per sandwich for extra pickle (not pickles since there was only 3 total so I'm assuming 2 must be standard)? since when have condiments been an extra charge? Your margins are not that thin.
I live nearby and probably won't go back to this location unless some major changes occur.

Stopped here while traveling to Minnesota. The service was fine, and everyone was doing what they could to keep up even though they appeared to be understaffed. The food was thankfully quite good.
However, one big thing that wasn't as good was how incredibly noisy it was in the restaurant. With such a wide open counter and eating area with all hard and reflective surfaces and a very loud HVAC system, it was incredibly noisy in the restaurant. Noisy to the point where the counter staff was having issues taking orders, and it was more difficult to carry on a conversation with my family while we ate.
In comparison, we stopped at the McDonald's across the street on our way back home 2 days later. Even though that restaurant was easily twice as busy and had a separate play area, the main eating area was far quieter!
I know this may not sound like a big deal, but I have an autistic child with sensory issues that influences where we eat. Due to this, any future visits while traveling will be in the drive thru or across the street at the McDonald's.

I'm convinced nobody even works here. There's people in the building wearing Burger King clothes but none of them are doing anything. I sit in the drive through For ten minutes waiting for somebody to take my order and nobody does. I pull up To a window and people Ignore me. This location has already closed down once and I bet it will be closed down again very very soon. (Update) you won't fix it like you said on your reply this has been going on since you opened. I can be the only person in the drive through and watch 15 cars come and go through McDonald's across the street. I won't be back and I suggest no one try and go there.

Was going to eat here, but as I was washing my hands, an employee came out of the men's stall after flushing the toilet and walked right back to his station to make more burgers. I told the manager, but he did nothing about and just dismissed the issue as if it had never happened. Will not eat here.
