Ordered like normal, pulled to the pay window and had to repeat the order two more times, this place was empty by the way, then had to pull around to wait ten minutes. When we received our meals they forgot our drinks(2 diet cokes), the hash browns were soggy, the sandwiches were hardly warm, and the French toast sticks were practically burnt. It was too much hassle for us to get our drinks so we just left. Solidifies why I never eat at BK

Went in on sundà y,after the hour of one o'clock. Never got served paid for my meal and asked after 45 minutes why I didn't get my food. Left hungry went to McDonald's didn't get my money back. Went in and ordered nobody else there. No receipt or cup. Watched a guy put mayo on bun took app 5 minutes for each side of bun. If served I would have been scared to eat it. Total screw job paid got nothing but disrespect! Ordered number one large fry large drink.

the man working this morning was very nice! he was working ALONE- he took my order, cashed me out, and made my food. he asked me to tell him how my coffee was and i didn’t get to tell him but it was amazing!! he did a very good job today:) he made my food very well and provided good service:)

Messed up order over charged. Missing items. Guess if I want bk I'll go to crossroads location. This one is almost as bad as university.
2nd time here, both times sandwiches were cold, cheese wasn’t even melted, one of the two fries was at least hot. The lady taking our order could of been a little friendlier, the gentleman brought out our food was friendly

For a BK it’s descent. Food was good…no complaints. The person behind the counter could’ve been a little more personable and it would’ve been nice if the ice machine worked built into the pop machine (I was able to get ice by asking the front counter person to get some for me).
