Everything my family chose looked amazing!!! I myself had the 5 mini Tacos and a pina colada slushy so amazing I’m from the south of Texas and this tacos brought me back home!!! Had some sweet bread filled with strawberry jam so delightful!!! So delicious and their hospitality was perfect felt like I was with family and friends! I will definitely be back to El Quetzal Azteca during our time here in Waterloo Iowa!!! 5 stars from me!

This is a nice restaurant, which is attached to a grocery store. I ordered the 5 mini taco special of the day for $6.00, which was very delicious! I chose 2 steak tacos, 2 chicken tacos, and 1 pork taco. They were very flavorful with a delicious sauce, onions, and cilantro with the meat. My server was also very friendly and attentive. Definitely a nice restaurant to visit and I will most certainly be back to try more of their menu items.

Our party of two people ended up ordering street tacos and pupusas and both were very good
So yummy. I'm visiting from Seattle and my daughter brought me here. I didn't expect Mexican and Guatemalan food in Iowa. We shared street tacos and pupusas with sides. So much food and so delicious. The man who waited on us was so friendly!

We had mini tacos take out. Omg!!!!! So freaking good. I had 5 steak, my son in law 10 mini steak & my daughter 5 mini chicken I also had 5 others but can't remember the name. So good. My daughter who is picky loved hers
