While I typically try to focus on the positive, my experiences at this location have been disappointing. On multiple visits, I've encountered rude behavior. During one visit, I inquired about substituting meat with an egg (a protein swap), and the response was not only dismissive but also resulted in a higher charge, bringing my total for a coffee and sandwich to $17 plus tip. The staff’s attitude left much to be desired, as they seemed unhappy and smiles were rare—something I’ve noticed every time I’ve visited. As a new local, I was hoping to make this a regular spot, but these experiences have been discouraging. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that improvements can be made, as I’ve had positive experiences at other Cabin Coffee locations.
Cabin Coffee has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. However, the prices are quite steep. I paid $13 for a mocha in their branded mug. With no other coffee shops nearby, it seems they've taken advantage of that. I don't usually give bad reviews, but I wanted to warn potential customers. Despite the high cost, the mocha was delicious, and the ambiance was pleasant. Also side note the food is okay, but would have been nice to have my bagel bread fully intact.

The female owner there is extremely rude, extremely disrespectful to staff and does not treat new employees with courtesy at all. She acts as if the new employees have worked there for years and doesn’t even try to help them when it is needed. She seemed extremely back handed and was not sympathetic whatsoever. I recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid the awkward moments.

Snotty and rude employees, if you don't like the job, find something else! Definitely not inviting friendly people like other Cabin Coffee's.

I’m sure their food and coffee is fine, but I didn’t get to try it. I diverted my roadtrip so I could get some coffee, arriving at 1:40pm, 20 min before close. The doors were locked with people eating inside and just looking at me. Waste of time and gas. Also, the drive up was closed, so that wasn't an option.

I had the most amazing experience at cabin coffee. I was thoroughly enjoying my latte and all of a sudden I listen to the ambient music playing and whiskey glasses by Morgan Wallen was running through the speakers!!!!!!! My mood boosted instantly because as some people know this is my favorite song. The ambience was incredible due to the fact that they were bopping country hits up on the speakers except for the time they played taylor swift, I didnt quite enjoy that. Overall my experience at cabin coffee was a very very pleasant time. Would definitely recommend to all my homies.
