It's Sub Way. Reliably good. The service here is definitely better than most others and what sets it apart from other SubWays! Great crew and customer service!

It was mess the service was horrible the restaurant was so messy and gross. They didn't wrap the sub all the way, there was trash on the tables, they went so slow and very little love into my sub. They didn't communicate with each other at all and just kept leaving the oven open for it to make an annoying beeping sound. I am not coming again the rotisserie chicken is still cold in my sub.

Friday 5/26/2023 8:40pm I realize that subway closes at 9pm. I am about 4 mins away so I decide to call in a sandwich .. not wanting to be the guy who comes in last minute. The phone rings with no answer. I call three times all the way up until pulling up to the door. No answer. There is literally no customers there. So, I figure that their phone must not be working. I walked in and got looked at by a female employee with annoyance and she walked into the back room as another employee walked out and greeted me kindly. I called the subway while standing inside the subway. The phone rang. He looked at me and then looked at her in the back room and said something to her. She then came out and said that she answered the phone and nobody responded. He said that maybe it was a prank. I said. It has been me calling. Which they both already knew.. they looked like they got caught with their hand in a cookie jar. I did tell them that after it rang four or five times it sounded like it went to a fax. But after calling inside the shop it still doesn’t change the fact that the phone was audible and should have been answered. I am still leaving 3 stars. The sandwiches are great and the employees were very kind to me. I want to make that clear. It is nothing personal. Possibly a training issue. both seem like good kids. And the gentleman did tell me that it had been a hell of a day. However.. Both are getting paid. When there is 20 mins left and nobody at your sandwich shop.. answer your phone. It would have saved us all time and it is what you are supposed to do as an employee.
3 sandwiches all were wrong , normally very good but tonight was bad if it happens again we won't be back
We were in the city from out of state for the graduation. The lady who relocated from CA did a great job making sandwiches for our group while having a great conversation with us. Nice clean place.

Ordered a FL Spicy Italian ($8.99), and added Roast Beef (expecting the total price to be around $11.00)... When the worker rang me up, it was $15.00! I asked if he was sure it was right, and he said yes... I paid, and as soon as the receipt came out, he threw it away.
The staff is great and generally knows what I want when I am still in line. ;)
It isn’t easy working at one of the few lunch options in a small town. The current sandwich artists do an incredible job of keeping up to fill in-person and online orders with a smile and friendly demeanor. Keep up the amazing work!
Wish staff would take more pride in the sandwiches they put out instead of just slopping them together to get you out the door.
