My group and I went there and they overcooked two steaks in the groups that were supposed to be medium rare, the ended up very very well done. Theh gave me breaded wings after I asked for unbreaded. One of our members ended up choking on the steak because it was extremely dry and he spent twenty minutes in the bathroom trying to self induce throw up. Afterwards when we spoke to the restaurant they said no manager was there and because they remade his steak; he still has to pay for it and they will not give it to him for free since he will be taking it home. There was a back and forth and the lady was extremely rude, then when we told her he did not want it and was going to leave it here she said the restaurant does not accept it back. Overrall this is the worst experience I had. The way that lady handled the situation was poor, it has made all of us not want to go back there. They eventually took off the steak but for us it was principle of the matter, they messed up on the steak, our friend was choking because of it and then the person seemingly cared more about the $6 of profit over doing what was right.Other than that my unbreaded wings were good!

The service was great, the waiter and the manager were both amazing. The cook/cooks did a very terrible job with the food, and I am not pleased with the food. I should not get food that’s cold unless it is a salad. Especially not a steak. I should not be able to eat my wings / Fried pickles by drinking them due to them not draining the grease when they came out of the fryers. The wings were so over salted and seasoned where you couldn’t even eat them because of how bad it was. It was so bad that a person was throwing up in their bathroom and throwing up outside between cars that was in our group so we couldn’t even finish our food because of this. Chase was present and was no help and showed no compassion or sympathy for the situation. What a joke!!

The wait staff and manager were excellent but the food was absolute trash! Threw up in their bathroom, parking lot, on the way home, at home. The food was absolutely dripping in grease! Mind you I had a wrap, my wrap wasn't fried?!?! Shame on you Chase for not even apologizing and the 10% discount for the food we ate very little of.

The price point for general bar food is not the best. If you are looking to go somewhere the whole family could possibly get something they like, this is the place. The menu is fairly expansive. Would highly recommend ordering anything they use their buffalo sauce on. At the end of the day you will spend a decent amount for below average food.

We've been going here once a week for 5 years and last night was the worst. It took 45 minutes to receive the bucket of beer we ordered and an hour and 10 minutes for a cocktail ordered by one of our table mates. 2 hours after ordering dinner, we finally received. Mine was wonderful, but my wife ordered the ranch ribeye done medium rare and my son ordered medium. Son's was red inside, about as should be but wife's brown all the way through. Definitely not medium rare. I realize it was Valentines Day but I have been here before when it was just as busy and never had problems anywhere close to this.

Had a very disappointing experience! Ordered the “Bigass Beef Horseshoe” which was $16 and came with no side because the portion is supposed to be large. I had never had a “Horseshoe” before but I had seen images and was looking forward to having one. Instead I received a burger on an open bun with maybe 5 French fries and some peppers covered in cheese sauce.
