I've been to this "establishment" several times and this burger king is a mess, the workers are treated like second hand trash, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the nightcrew are extremely childish and no one in this "establishment" knows what respect is. The food is extremely disgusting, not cooked fresh, cold and you could squeeze the grease out of it.

This afternoon when I came in around 2 p.m. and ordered a $5 your way Whopper Jr meal to go, the employees seemed overwhelmed but trying their best. My food was hot, fresh and everyone was communicating to each other to make sure the correct order was handed out to each customer and I really enjoyed seeing that kind of teamwork. I don't know everyone's names but all of the employees working when I came in definitely deserve a kudos! I do remember they were mostly female and I did see one hard working gentleman in the kitchen-it was refreshing to see. Food was great, and will return in the future. The only downside is that you don't have strawberry milkshakes.

I just want to thank Jenna an Raymond today for our lunch. These two were only ones working at the time and did a amazing job. Working drive thru and front counter as well as cooking. And I will be honest my order was complete and made how I asked. I think these two individuals not only need a hell of a pat on the back but they definitely deserve some sort of raise.

The amount of time it takes to get an order with no one around is ridiculous. I once worked fast food and know what it takes. People need to put some pride back into working for their money. Cause these folks definitely don't give a crap about there jobs. Put an order in 10 mins before arriving ok the ap. Arrive 1 car pulled ahead 1 car at the window no one in lobby and it took 25 mins to get my food. 10 mins after pulled ahead I had to walk in to retrieve my food.

Went went though the drive though at 6pm literally empty parking lot and we were the only car in drive though. Our food was cold and fries were old!! Awful experience. The girl who took our money was very kind but doesn't change how terrible the food was.

Waited at the counter 3 or so minutes, the kitchen staff saw me, but not the counter person. I went to the end of the counter and she saw me and said "It'll be a little while" Yep, It'll be quite a while before I go there again. Unconcerned staff or mismanaged, either one isn't worth putting up with.

So I ordered a double bundle with a few sauces. The food was cold and never got the sauces. I called to ask why it wasn't fixed right and got told the guy said he had made a mistake not once but twice. Now I understand it gets busy but twice now it was messed up. Very disappointed in burger King.

The drive thru order girl I believe named Amanda was absolutely amazing, very helpful, kind, and made sure our expectations were made. Even tho they had a full drive she was smiling, and had a great attitude. She definitely made our visit top tier. We will be back soon. Thank you Amanda, we were having a bad day as my husband was just diagnosed with cancer today and the second you took our order we could hear the smile in your voice. Made his whole day.
