Usually my favorite place for milkshakes, when we most recently went they were milk consistency. No shake to it. Very disappointed. Otherwise food was fine, but we mainly go for the shake.

How do you always get an order wrong when some says extra. That doesn’t mean take everything else off the burger. SMH… this place is notorious for messing up orders and taking forever to make them. I understand being under staffed and all but 20 minutes in line. Literally 2/3 of my lunch wasted just waiting to get my food.

Had me pull forward from drive thru, sat for 25 mins.....still waiting while I type this review. If I didn't have a sleeping child in the car I would go in and ask for a refund.
I saw a woman manager mistreating a teenager boy employee it made me cry. I contacted management but never heard a word back. The employee's have always been kind and personally for me I feel they put too much condiments (ketchup.mustard etc..) So I don't normally pick there.

Stopped in for a meal at 8:30 PM. Service was excellent, food was made and served exactly as I ordered it, and was delicious. Nothing but a good experience!
