What appeared to be the manager was on front and back line with her sleeves rolled up exposing the arm pits. Questionable sanitary issue. Guess she had to show off all the tattoos.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. Just a glaring issue in my opinion.

Whenever I'm in town visiting family, I always stop by this Hardee's. It's always. clean, the staff here are always friendly and quick to take your order, and the head manager is always a lovely familiar sight, to the point where she knows our faces despite our sparing visits. It just isnt a visit to Fort Madison without at least one Hardee's meal for the road.

Had an amazing meal made by a manager named Heather. She was very courteous and helpful.
This is an older Hardee's, but clean and maintained. The food was hot, and so was the coffee. The friendly and courteous staff were prompt, and so was our food. Great breakfast and quick too.

Came in for supper...had to wait an extended period of time for cold food.we sat down about 10 mins later an employee comes out and says she forgot to put chicken down..one male is literally just walking back and forth causing his coworkers to yell at him..all employees are being extremely loud and complaining about job. Once we received our food it wasn't right and the lady even said sorry if your fries are cold..also still waiting after finishing meal for apple turn overs ordered when first got here

Usually my favorite place for milkshakes, when we most recently went they were milk consistency. No shake to it. Very disappointed. Otherwise food was fine, but we mainly go for the shake.
