Well I'd love to share a good experience but I was literally ignored in the drive thru then pulled up to hopefully get help and make an order only to have one of the workers look at me and continue to ignore me 😬 I get that its late and you dont want to be there but holy crap go ahead and post that drive thru is closed or at least tell me that its closed 🙄 doesnt seem too hard but I guess it was for this person 🤦♀️ gave one star cause well I dont think no stars is an option I know working fast food sucks but not quit as bad as being completely ignored does luckily hardees drive thru was absolutely wonderful better food there anyways ☺️

My home boy waited 5 hours for chicken and got fries instead. The damn chicken cook was arguing with everyone and yelling slurs, with j.cole blasting in the background. Worst service of all time, never eat here period.

This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. The drink area looked like it hadn’t been wiped down or cleaned in months. There are no sauces, utensils or even napkins out for customers. The person I walked by on my way in that was having a smoke was conveniently the guy that came in and took my order, then promptly went into the kitchen without even cleaning his hands. The one girl that was actually trying there stepped over the same piece of chicken that was on the ground about a dozen times. Whoever the ownership is needs to seriously look into this place.
Slowest service ever, if they had adequate staffing with better training you wouldn’t have to wait 30mins for your food, everyone in the restaurant was extremely unhappy. Whoever own this restaurant is literally a slum lord.

Came in with my two kids got a 8 piece meal. Waited almost a half hour for cold corn cold gravy soggy greasy so called extra crispy chicken and when did they start cutting their wings in half we got two wing tips they counted as two pieces in our bucket for sure the last time I'll ever go to the ft Madison location
