They could not get food correct even though I told them three times of what my order was. Had to go back twice do to their not being able to count pieces of chicken or sides that come with a 16pc

NEVER AGAIN !I ordered two, eight-piece buckets of chicken, no sides, from this location and charged $49.20 total. The order couldn't be filled as advertised so smaller pieces were substituted, the chicken pieces were small in general and lacked the quality that KFC was founded on. The order didn't include a single biscuit. I was appaulled at what KFC has become - greed/poor quality - and the fact that I didn't hand the order back to the attendant and refuse the order.I contacted corportate, receiving a return email asking for location and personal information November 20th. Nothing. Another contact on December 7th initiated a phone call the next day from the local manager or franchise owner. I missed the call, but returned a voice mail the same day. It's the 11th and I haven't heard a thing.I guess the minimal amount of effort to restore any sense of customer satisfaction by the company representatives has been met on their end.I will never, never, never support such a lazy, greedy, uncaring company again. Such a shame that one of our great businesses has been allowed to deteriorate so badly. The Colonel must be rolling over in his grave !

I did a pick up from DoorDash it was my first time. I didn’t see the name on the order so I was waiting for the employee to help. I didn’t see her name tag but she was just standing there bad talking someone didn’t stop to help even though I was standing there for a few minutes. Eventually I gotten it figured out and was figuring out the DoorDash app and was still standing there. She comes up and rudely says can I help you with something I just stated I figured it out since you didn’t seem to help. I was walking out of the store with order in hand she loudly was talking about how I was just standing there for minutes just staring at my order like an idiot. This was about 12:55 to 1 pm. She was in her late 40’s shorter stockier brown curly hair.

Ordered a chicken strip meal in the drive through. They asked what dipping sauce I wanted. Got home to find I didn't get dipping sauce, a spork to eat my side, or any honey and butter for my roll. Pathetic imitation of KFC. Never drive away from the window here without checking your bag for EVERYTHING.

Food is priced higher than other KFC -Taco Bell. My tortilla was stale on my taco. Chicken was lukewarm when boxed. Biscuits were hard and stale. Terrible customer service!
Every time I give them another chance they continue to serve bad food. It’s either undercooked or burnt. And the portions are always getting smaller as well as the oils they cook in never get changed the food always tastes old. And on top of everything the restaurant and most of the employees and managers seem to not have a care nor a concern about being sanitary or keeping anything sanitary. It always smells like mold in the restaurant. You can never have a pleasurable experience here… and this review comes after over 2 years of changes. And hundreds of dollars spent there… no more . I encourage everyone to stay away. And if anyone has had the same problem please feel free to contact the proper health department and report them. Because they don’t seem to care to correct the problems…

Very disappointed. Use to come to this KFC since the 70s and loved it. Moved away in the 80s. On a recent visit to town decided to stop in for a quick lunch. The cashier had no idea if they still made extra crispy and they just had a large order (16 ps is a large order?) I asked she check. Again, had no clue how to do that I guess. Might take 30 minutes for chicken she did not know if they still made. Placed order for 2pc extra crispy and I said don't bother if you don't have it. The only redeeming thing was they did actually have extra crispy and got served relatively quickly - even though I was initially given someone else's order. Was rectified quickly though.I simply do not understand how experts at chicken cannot know what they make, and don't know if they have sufficient supply (2 ps) at what is probably the busiest time -LUNCH.Will I be back to this location? Probably not. I've been to tons of KFCs over the years but this recent experience has got to be one of the worst at any location. Sad, because it used to be OK in the 70s, 80s and 90s.

Poor costumer service ordered chicken meal they forgot one side and they don’t put much in their large sides ordered tacos didn’t get some of them . Had to run back over to get what didn’t get the guy wasn’t very friendly. They need to get their chicken from a different place there is hardly any meat on the chicken anymore. Give you less and charge more

We had ordered tacos and asked for no lettuce and no tomatoes on one. They all ended up having lettuce and hardly no meat. They weren't even busy when I had went. So my order should of been done right.
