The restaurant is very nice, the service is horrible. We went in on a Sunday morning..waited forever to get our food which was cold. Drove thru the drive thru last night, again the food was cold..hardly any ice in our drinks. Asked for a cup of ice..she handed it to us, didn't say a word. We won't be back.

Usually this McDonald's is fine during the day. At night, all the employees are outside. & taking their sweet time making the food. Was there for over a half hour last night picking up an order I placed online. Usually I won't complain, it's fast food. It's not good anyways. But I got my burgers & something smelled just a little off. I still ate it even though I shouldn't have. This morning I have food poisoning.

It took over 20 minutes to get our food. Went inside, turns out it was done and sitting on the counter! I had to ask the girl twice to please give me my food.. several employees were standing around doing nothing.

Service is always incredibly slow. Just waited 25 minutes for our food. I get home and they forgot a burger we ordered as well. Its not the first time this has happened. Really need to figure out what they are doing here.

Pulling forward into Lanes, so you can wait for your food to be brought out. It tends to be awkward trying to back out of those Lanes because of the tight fit, meaning there's not very much room.

Burger was fine but my fries were COMPLETELY dumped from both containers. Not a single fry was in the packaging. Our nuggets were also inedible during lunch rush?? I feel like this location should do better.

Went through the drive through at 230 am today, waited about 20 minutes to get to the window and pay. I paid for two double cheeseburgers and a 20 piece nugget, received a bag of just 20 piece nuggets. I stared, asked about my two double cheeseburgers and was promptly given a refund receipt and no cash. I looked confused and waited for the rest of my order as the cashier was blatantly rude. When she finally remanded my bag, I left and looked into my bag. Woe and behold, two cheeseburgers and not two double cheeseburgers like I ordered. This isn't my first issue here, they mess up orders all the time, and usually correct them. However this nightshade cashier (been here awhile), is absolutely horrid. Date is 2/22/25, and that cashier is always rude as hell to your customers.
