Pulling forward into Lanes, so you can wait for your food to be brought out. It tends to be awkward trying to back out of those Lanes because of the tight fit, meaning there's not very much room.
It's your all American family fast and favorite restaurants and people expect way much in the service given the place and the fact we all know that the turn out rate is severe in a typical place like this! Be kind to them and give the benefit of the doubt in the fact most wouldn't ever work there nor do they respect the fact someone is willing so that you can have that family favorite chain food ? treat people as you would like people
We ordered our food, and we were told to wait and the door at the end of the drive thru. We waited 30-40 mins to get our food.We went inside to tell the staff we didn't get food and the lady went out and gave our food to a different car. Then, we proceeded to tell us that they were short staffed. If you were short staffed, you should have closed off the indoor dining.Anyways, we got a refund, and we would rather order through the app it's easier and faster that way.
