Well, this was a bit of a pleasant surprise for us. We grew up going to Pizza Hut. For a time, it had become not as good as some of our local offerings of pizza. However, we started with a small order of chicken wings; this led to their calzones, followed by their pizzas. We are happy that they've gotten back to their roots. So many well established restaurants tend to stagnate or use frozen ingredients. You can tell they're doing it right. They updated their dining room, and they have fast and friendly service.
Walked in to a filthy mess on the floors and cobwebs taking over in the windows behind us and they had just opened so the place had not got cleaned. Was foolish enough to go ahead and order since had severalGirls dropped off for a party and found 4 hairs in the pizza right after started eating and then found a dead cockroach under our table. Our waiter felt horrible but there is no way a manager or health department should allow that place to open.

NO NO NO NO!!!!!Ordered and wanted delivery. Order taker hung up so did not know if the order went thru. Was pissed so drove there. Explained situations & placed new order. Waited about 20min. Wife calls me as I am on the way back with the pizza to tell me the pizza was delivered. WHAT? So get back home and we discover BOTH pizzas were wrong. WTF PIZZA HUT!!! The lady at the restaurant was super nice and helpful and apologized for the mix-up. Appreciate that so that wins them bacl 2 stars. It's had been quite awhile since i had ordered from the Hut - there are just so many other options these days. Now doubt I will ever try Pizza Hut again.

Came in with the family at 11:05am for the buffet to see no pizzas laid out ready to be served. That’s fine, they just opened and we understood. We waited until 11:20am for the pizzas came out, while eating a server knew a family who was rather loud and kept encouraging them to just be louder. He hummed a ‘baby-shark’ tune over and over as he passed by our table. It caught my eye that he was only serving the family he knew. The younger girl that worked the register sat new customers and even took their drink order while the male worker walked around and hummed the ‘baby-shark’ tune. I witness him giving the family a pizza ‘to-go’ box so they can get whatever from the buffet and take it home. I don’t believe that’s allowed but whatever. One person in the family that the guy knew was rudely loud and compared athlete foot/foot fungus to Parmesan cheese that was in the shaker at the table. That’s what did it for my family and I. We didn’t even eat until we were full only two plates in and we wanted to leave. We didn’t want to hear that nasty talk while eating. I made sure to tip the woman and not the man. I hope she didn’t split the tip with him or anyone else.The table we were seated at was super sticky, the pepper flake and Parmesan cheese shakers were very greasy. Pizza was pretty good, hot and fresh. Environment wasn’t coolBut the pizza was great.

We didn't get to eat. Half the town was without power and this place was slammed. I'm just giving it 5 stars because I just bet that staff worked their tails off to make everyone happy

overpriced you still like Pizza Hut but now you have to be wealthy to eat there kind of sad and employees weren't very friendly
