Sat inside waiting for 10 minutes as staff walked past me several times. Waited a few more minutes and another staff asked if someone was up front, came to tell me there fryer blew up and got all over and said sorry not open, but why don’t you have a sign saying that or doors locked if ur not open so people don’t wait for 15 minutes on limited lunch breaks and ignoring customers. What’s that about?

Just pulled up at 10:45 am all the workers were standing outside drive through closed I’d understand if it was a one time thing but this place is always slow and disorderly the fastest I’ve gotten through the drive through in the last 4 years has been 10 mins and it’s normally 15-30 mins. I love Taco Bell but this place really grinds my gears always open late and close early

SLOWEST fast food joint i've ever seen. Minimum 5 minute wait for every car in front of you and even if you're the only car there's still a chance you'll wait 10+ mins. At least you know the food will be warm cause you'll for sure be waiting on it.

Filthy, gross, trash overflowing. The help was busier smoking than working. Not a single clean table to sit at.
Every time I go thru the drive thru my order is wrong. It always seems like I am interrupting the employees social hour and my order is not right. No accountability. We spent 15 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of us. This place needs better management for sure!!!!!

By far worst experience ever. Ordered the steak luxe box and 2 chicken enchilada burritos. To start, the bag of food was noticeably cold. After getting home we realized that part of the order was missing and it was generally poorly constructed and packaged. The "steak" dippers were just tortillas with barely melted cheese. The enchilada burritos were not even that and weren't even secured in their wrapper. The service tonight was so astonishingly poor that we certainly won't be back. Small difference to a million dollar franchise but a hurt to a small-town establishment.
