Having to ask for napkins, fork and sauces from employees who obviously don't care about the customers. When they get the order wrong, they make it seem like the customer is wrong. The Tea is never working. Trying to get the sour cream i paid extra for the employee who is training for in trouble for helping after asking 3 employees to help me and we waited 7 minutes while they were messing around gossiping or talking to friends in the pick up window. Place sucks lately

I walked in to order and was not even greeted. I then got in line and waited. The staff where trying to figure out who ordered what drinks. I waited for 5 minutes and no one even talked to me. I decided that if the food matched the service I didn't want to eat there.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting on food. Didn't get all of my food so I went back. Was told by workers who were smoking and vaping outside the front door that I couldn't come in the dining room because it was closed. I proceeded to go back to the drive thru and wait another 40 minutes! Only to get to the window to tell them I still didnt have any fries. Told me they would be out in 5 minutes. Had to wait another 15 minutes before they finally came out. I genuinely like Taco Bell and KFC, but I will not be going to this location ever again.

Sat inside waiting for 10 minutes as staff walked past me several times. Waited a few more minutes and another staff asked if someone was up front, came to tell me there fryer blew up and got all over and said sorry not open, but why don’t you have a sign saying that or doors locked if ur not open so people don’t wait for 15 minutes on limited lunch breaks and ignoring customers. What’s that about?
Very friendly and polite. Had a fairly large order and everything was right. Excellent service.

Just pulled up at 10:45 am all the workers were standing outside drive through closed I’d understand if it was a one time thing but this place is always slow and disorderly the fastest I’ve gotten through the drive through in the last 4 years has been 10 mins and it’s normally 15-30 mins. I love Taco Bell but this place really grinds my gears always open late and close early

SLOWEST fast food joint i've ever seen. Minimum 5 minute wait for every car in front of you and even if you're the only car there's still a chance you'll wait 10+ mins. At least you know the food will be warm cause you'll for sure be waiting on it.
