Cozy and quaint cafe with lots of personality. The food was amazing, as well as the service. You must try something from the pastry case!

I absolutely LOVE the Coffee Baa! I come in almost every morning, and service, coffee, and food is always amazing. However, their service was even better than usual! I broke my ankle and called with a strange request to have them maybe bring it out to me. Before I could even ask, Gabby asked if I would like her to bring it out to me since I’m on crutches! Literally everyone here is great and it’s my absolute favorite coffee shop! ❤️

Moved to Iowa from NJ a few years ago and I have to say Black Sheep has some of the best pizza I have eaten in the State. Great sauce and cheese and fantastic crust. Definitely worth a trip over there to enjoy the pizza.

Unique, cute & great choices! Wish it was in Charles City!

Wheelchair accessibility: I don't think it's too good for wheelchair. Too many outside steps.

Black Sheep Coffee Baa has the best homemade bread ?! It's a tradition when my family is home to make panini sandwiches and homemade potato soup. A loaf of Connie's bread is always on my grocery list for the paninis or a nice thick slice of homemade French toast.

We ordered red velvet cupcakes for our wedding and they couldn’t have been better! The red color matched our fall color scheme and the whipped topping was absolutely perfect! The cupcakes were fresh, ready on time and a very reasonable price. We anticipated to have some leftovers, but all the cupcakes were gone by the end of the night because they were so delicious!

We had another delicious dinner at Cafe Baa last night featuring salmon and ribs! What an awesome compliment to the existing establishment. We are so fortunate to have this in our small town. Looking forward to chef Worley's next menu.Judy & Johnny

Sweet spot to sit, relax and rejuvenate. The Joe is good and the treats are tasty but it's the hospitality here that will bring you back!
