Food is mid when they had it, every time i ordered they were out of at least 3 things on the menu. I hope that it doesn't come back the same way it was before the tornado.

It is lovely to have this option available in a very small town.I usually order sandwiches but tried a salad for the 1st time. Very good! I had double turkey with a tin of veggies and Subway Viniagrette as dressing. It was nice to have them chop it right there in front of me.Quick and efficient service. It was pricey at $13 though. Maybe cause of the double meat.Open 7 days a week. Handicap accessible. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner available.

One person working on a Sunday afternoon is unacceptable.... one YOUNG girl to run a whole restaurant should be a crime...where is the management to help out.... I would strongly recommend closing for the day or until you hire more workers.... plus no unsweeat tea/healthy option for a drink....half drinks are out of order...no drinks in the cooler, no bread of the choice we wanted and what subway doesn't do pizza for kids.? 45 mins to order and get food is a joke.....we will not be back
I NEVER do reviews on businesses and try to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them more than 1 chance before getting an opinion. This is the WORST subway I've ever been to. I don't understand the lack of food selections when other subways are fully stocked. I've been there several times and they're always out of something or almost everything. The food that was made today was rock solid on the outside and cold on the inside. I'm not sure if it was a machine issue or the sandwhich artist didn't hit the correct button but by no means am I complaining about the worker that helped me today. I understand working for the establishment as I've worked for 2 seperate locations and get that its draining and that alot is expected especially on just one person working. Id hope the establishment, manager, and who owns the business does better otherwise I don't think it'll last very much longer.
Greenfield subway is garbage. Vegetables always old and nasty. Bread is always stale. Garbage.
This Subway is under new management, and it seemed to be doing better over the summer. We went there last weekend, and the service was terrible. I could tell the person working did not want to be there, and they made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The time before I had to pick a sandwich i didn't really want because they hadn't thawed out the steak. I'm pretty sure that should all be checked the night before or the morning before unlocking the doors. I won't be going back any time soon, and I do not recommend going there.

The sandwich artist did an awesome job!
Like OH MY GOD, the best sandwich I've ever had. Everything was great and so we're the workers! My husband and myself, Kaylee LOVE it at subway in Greenfield!!! Definitely going back.
Told the incredibly slow employee behind the counter to lightly toast sandwich and she says our toaster is light in a snarky tone. Then proceeds to pull it out crisped to heck. Asked for ranch on a chicken bacon ranch which all they had was peppercorn ranch which I can't eat with my ulcers but once again lady said it is the same thing as regular so I said bs it is. Won't be returning
Anytime ever been here they barely have anything out veggie wise and there always seems to be few sandwich breads ready. Idk what's up with this subway but drive to creston they have everything out and ready so I have a hard time believing it's a supply chain issue, idk if whoever orders the food etc just isn't or what. Never had an issue with the friendliness of the employees though
