Food was mediocre at best. The guy at the drive thru either needs to learn better customer service or find a different job cuz the attitude he gave was totally uncalled. All I wanted to do was add a drink to my order and he acted like it was the most difficult thing on earth.

Do not go to the Bbops in Grimes. The staff working the window is always rude. They’re very short with their customers and never cordial. Also, every time I go to this location, they screw up my order. Either they can’t get the right toppings on the burger, or I’m missing items completely. Most recently on 9/25, I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal for my daughter. They only gave me Six. When I went inside to show them their error, they wouldn’t correct it because I couldn’t prove I didn’t eat the other four nuggets. I’m done with this location.

The Burgers had about an inch of the bottom of the container. The people working there were very rude. I will not take my family there anymore
