This location gets really busy, but the employees are generally always pretty fast and friendly. Our food is always great.
I just went there tonight and ordered 2 number 8 meals . They gave me 2 sodas but only one burger. I just noticed after putting my son in bed and going downstairs to try to eat and found out that only one for my husband. I know should of checked the bag but I wish they would check the order as well before handing it out to customers

Most everything was good. Only one thing- the burger meat quality was terrible. Worse than other fast burger chain restaurants. Way cheap, disgusting patty. Never again for me.

I tried to order a well done burger but was told by the employee “they’re made regular”. I explained over always gotten a well done burger which he replied “there’s no way for them to do that without burning the meat”. I used to work at Bbops and know they push the meat back a bit in the broiler for well done. They employee still couldn’t fulfill the request. There was no manager available to help so I went elsewhere. Idk why there wasn’t a manager around at 6 pm on a Sunday but maybe the schedule needs to be looked at.
