Burnt onion rings without zesty sauce because apparently that now costs 20¢/tablespoon. Whopper was good. And the drive-thru hours are incorrect. Pulled in at 7:10 AM and it wasn’t open.

Ordered no onion or sauces, Got onion and sauces... No receipt, no napkins and burger was cold as veggies. It was not busy either.

I went through their drive through and ordered two sandwiches (two for $6). I was quoted over eleven dollars. I asked if that was right. He said “yes, come to the window”. I went to the window and asked how it was over eleven dollars when the sandwiches was only six. He shut the window on me and called another worker over. I was rudely told the same thing. I explained that they should change the menu if the price isn’t correct. I told them that I no longer wanted the food and drove on. I went back around to double check the menu. Sure enough, two for six. I snapped a picture of it and went back to the window. I showed them the picture. The workers double down on the deal. I asked for the manager, before I could explain what happened, I was twice interrupted by the other staff. She did offer the sandwiches at the posted price, but I declined. The other staff was mocking me as I was discussing the matter with the manager. All this makes me wonder why Culver’s had a long line, but there was nobody at BK.

Probably the worst Burger King I have ever visited the food quality is low not consistent no ketchup not enough mayo etc and the service (if I can even use the word service) was terrible lol I would expect this on east or south Des Moines but that side of town is better

We ordered food for my family and had it delivered. The food was delivered to the wrong apartment, I had to go find it and of course it was cold. We called door dash to get a refund and because we ordered through the burger king app they told us that once the food leaves the store it is out of their control. My family and I will NOT be eatIng at this location any more since they clearly don't care if their customers are satisfied. It seems to be all about the money.

We just went through the drive thru of your Burger King. Never again. You dropped my kids capri sun on the floor. Another employee got a new one out of the cooler and handed it to you. You set it on the counter and handed my husband the one you picked up off of the floor. And then smirked when he asked for the one that DIDN’T fall on your dirty floor. I ate my fries and then got my sandwich out of the bag. To my surprise, it was not the fish sandwich I ordered, but instead a hamburger. And when I pulled the bun up to see what was on it, a fly flew out of there into our truck. A fly. Inside the bun of the hamburger I did not order. Absolutely disgusting. How long does a burger need to sit for a fly to make its way inside the wrapper?? Never again will we spend money at your dirty establishment. Sick to my stomach.

The meal price on the menu wasted close to what I was charged and they wouldn't honor their own menu.Onion rings were cold. Like actually cold. My sandwich was terrible and flavorless even my bun was chewy.The shake was amazing. But that's all I'll ever go there for again. If that.

Was a better Burger King in the past. Most of the staff are unfriendly there now and there is no dine in anymore. My last visit reminds me why I would always used to check my food in the drive-thru before leaving. Having to go through drive-thru twice because our order was was an insane mess. The sauce they used for the sandwiches we ordered were coated all over the buns and one of them wasn't what we ordered. Fries are always old here. For some reason, our onion rings were salted to the point they were inedible. There seasoned before they go into the fryer for a reason, why add extra salt? We didnt recieve napkins for our hot mess either. Our food bag was haded to us was all crumpled up.The guy who handed us our drinks was confused and stated he "didn't know" when I asked him which drink was which because they weren't labled. Also had to ask for straws. Not to mention we were their only customer at that given time. After being told to park so they can remake our order correctly. The gentleman who brought our food out actually gave off an unwelcoming vibe due to him not even responding to my thank you for correcting the food I purchased with the money i earn just like everyone else. My apolgies for inconvieniencing his day by wanting my food made correctly the first time. I was polite the whole time. I understand they don't get paid a lot, but they chose to work their. I used to work fast food a long time ago at an extremely busy location and my job wasn't honestly that difficult. I know BK itself has standards such as napkins with orders, they sandwiches get wrapped a certain way so the order is not a hot mess, also not serve food past the time it was considered to old to serve, and oh yeah, be friendly if you work in customer service. Also if the order was wrong the first time, please at least make an attempt to make it right the second time which they didn't. The employees clearly don't want to be there and their lack of care shows.

I dont recommend anything. Rude employees that claim that you have to wear a mask but they don’t. Your food is greasy and would not doubt that a couple of your employees spit in the food when it is served.
The crew was nice and the food was better than any other Burger King I've been to in a long time.

I don’t ever eat here because it is usually very slow and the employees are rude but someone told me the new chicken sandwich was good. It wasn’t. The sandwich was over cooked and hard to bite off and chew but for as much as it was cooked, it apparently had been cooked awhile ago because it was also cold. The lady taking my order was rude, but the lady that handed me my food was nice. Burger King in general isn’t great but the Grimes Burger Kjng is the worst.
