DO NOT FILL UP WITH gas here!!!! It took over 8 min to fill up 20 gallons. Takes roughly 2 min at Hyvee! This has been an issue at this Casey’s previously where the pumps are ridiculously slow. Some of the staff is nice and some are just rude. Also, sometimes, this Casey’s and the other in E 1st doesn’t have a slice of pizza or warm food available as of 8pm!?!?!? Why the heck not? Just horrible across the board. Go down the way to Kum and go, Hy-Vee or better yet, across the street to Kwik star

Bunch of idiots! Ordered 2 pizzas from app to be delivered at 11:45 and 30 minutes later no delivery. called the store who stated DoorDash picked up pizzas then apparently disappeared. No one in the store had a clue what's going on.Worst customer service ever!!!

Couldn’t make a pizza correctly if their lives depended on it. Doesn’t matter who is working which means management is the problem. When asked to have a pizza remade because it was a soupy mess and wasn’t correct to my order, was an advised it was “made properly”. Avoid this location at all costs.PS. - Did contact customer service and they offer a free pizza then never added it to the app. Reached out a few times over the course of a week and radio silence. A+ customer service (that was sarcasm).

Casey’s pizza is usually pretty good! People waiting for their pizza because the employees can’t get their act together. Waited 15 minutes past the time told, then had to wait another 10 because they forgot to make my other pizza. 8 people waiting to get their pizza, got home, 1 pizza hot, other pizza and cheese sticks are cold. Get it together

There is an older woman that works there ALWAYS ANGRY AND MEAN to costumers .. every-time my husband goes there she is throwing attitude angry he is afraid to even say things to her cuz she blows up .. costumers should not feel uncomfortable. Ridiculous . She also insisted on some price for merchandises when my husband knew exact price he didn’t want to argue with her cuz she gets angry fast . Someone needs to have a talk with her .

Would highly suggest NOT ordering pizza from this location. Last time we ordered delivery, they gave our pizza away and told the DoorDash delivery person (who Casey’s uses to deliver pizzas out) that they didn’t have it. We called Casey’s and they said we had to deal with DoorDash when we ordered directly from the Casey’s app. Make it make sense? They almost didn’t remake our pizza but we forced them to and went to pick it up. Today, we ordered again (against our better judgement). Pizza is so thin and not like it used to be. Our cheese bread.. had literally no cheese on it. And the “brookie” has a listed use by date of 12/28. The least the could’ve done was take the sticker off if they wanted to sell old food. Will never order from them again.

Terrible experience ordered a pizza and they messed up and claimed they called us and they never did and then they almost refused to re-make it. I will never ever darken the door of this Casey’s again I don’t care if I’m out of gas and they are the only ones that have it. I advise anyone around here to avoid this Caseys. I will let every person I come to contact know to never come here especially for pizza.

It is 11:40....5 dried out pieces of breakfast pizza and breakfast sandwiches in the warmer. Zero lunch offerings. The chicken/tuna salad croissants in the cooler were made with the smaller croissants for the breakfast sandwiches still charging the same price for the larger ones. This Caseys location is dead to me. I've addressed these concerns privately with Caseys Corp over a month ago.
