Visited family for a funeral and because im living in texas now a days I haven't been to a Culver's in almost 2 years! So when my brother took me there it was so like how i remembered it. Clean, friendly, with delicious food 😋! The guy named Zach who took my order was professional & polite!

I got the new garlic burger out and they didnt put any of the seasoning on it. Very very dry. Not worth 15 dollars for a meal. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant for that price and poor quality. Poor service

I ordered a kids meal 5 minutes before all of my friends ordered. They all ordered regular meals. They all got their food first and half way thru their eating I had to ASK where my food was. Then they gave me my ice cream and filled it up 1/4 of the way and it was all melted when it came out too. My cheese curds were also cold. When I brought my concerns to the cashier they told me that’s what I get for a kids meal. After I walked away I overheard the workers talking badly about me. Terrible service and atmosphere.

We love Culver's but avoid the one in Grimes unless you have 30+ minutes to waste in the drive through even when they're not busy. We've given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but it's always excruciatingly slow.

I am a grimes resident and my family loves Culver’s, but we won’t be back to this location. I’ve gone too many times through the drive thru to wait for 30+ minutes for my food. Tonight, all the vehicles behind me got their orders and left while I, and a car that was ahead of me, waited for our orders to be brought out. Eventually a worker came to my car to ask what I was waiting on…food or custard. And I said both! He said he would go check on it, and I’ve been waiting on my car for about 10 more minutes with no end in sight. Tonight, I’ve been here for 45 minutes already, and still no food. So needless to say, this is the last time I’ll be eating at this Culver’s.

Food was good. And the service was reasonably fast. Only issue I had was when I ordered I asked if I could get a mix of onion rings and fries. and was told yes but only received onions rings. Not that big of a deal but that's the reason for three stars instead of four on service.

Food was fine, but our order was completely wrong. 1 small fry should have been 2 large and one small. Two double hamburgers should have been 1 double hamburger and two other assorted burgers. The food tasted fine, but they have shown time and time again they are incapable of getting an order correct.

Food was good but not service. Our food was just setting on the counter when we went to check on it
You had to wash the table off. When the guy came around to wash the table it was one swipe leaving crumbs. I think they were training new workers which is fine but not enough help to train

Just waited 30 mins to get a couple of ice creams in the drive through. Tried to flag down a food runner multiple times, was noticed an ignored. Even during a few minute lull, nobody thought to check on the car that had been sitting there for 20 mins. Went inside and 75% of my order had been made and melting. Got my last item, and nobody said a word. Also, their phone number is no longer in service.
