Food was fine, but our order was completely wrong. 1 small fry should have been 2 large and one small. Two double hamburgers should have been 1 double hamburger and two other assorted burgers. The food tasted fine, but they have shown time and time again they are incapable of getting an order correct.

Food was good but not service. Our food was just setting on the counter when we went to check on it
You had to wash the table off. When the guy came around to wash the table it was one swipe leaving crumbs. I think they were training new workers which is fine but not enough help to train

Just waited 30 mins to get a couple of ice creams in the drive through. Tried to flag down a food runner multiple times, was noticed an ignored. Even during a few minute lull, nobody thought to check on the car that had been sitting there for 20 mins. Went inside and 75% of my order had been made and melting. Got my last item, and nobody said a word. Also, their phone number is no longer in service.

My daughters birthday is today and we went all out with a sash and balloon. She wanted to do lunch at culvers and they made it a special visit. When they saw the balloons the staff at the front immediately wished her happy birthday and let her know she could get a free scoop when she was ready. They really made her birthday memorable and she was soo happy she hasn’t stopped talking about it yet to anyone who’s called her today lol

Love coming with my grandkids over the summer when they visit. The scoopie tokens on the kids meal are such a steal. Sometimes the worker in the dining room will redeem the tokens for you but maybe that’s because I’m a regular. I’ll rave about this location because even when there’s a mistake they do try their best to make it right.

Quickest place in town to get lunch in the drive thru and it’s hot, great quality. Staff was friendly enough to mention and you can never go wrong with a butterburger

I had family in town and we frequent this culvers often so we took everyone out to dinner.
They were busy but the staff was working hard and didn’t have trouble finding a clean place to sit after ordering. A younger man was walking around checking on people and picking up what he could. The lady who brought our order checked if we needed anything extra. The fries and cheese curds were crispy. My husband wasn’t a fan of the new spicy chicken but nothing due to the quality- the spices are different but we’re not sure how.
Closer to when we were finished someone checked on us which doesn’t always happen but happy when it does. Overall a great visit and my in town family was happy.

Culvers is my favorite place to eat! Everything is very tasty and the staff so friendly. Shout out to Daniel in Grimes IA Culver's for remembering us and treating us so special!

Food was fine. Spicy chicken sandwich was lame honestly. Service was not good. The lady kept trying to cut me off at the end of my sentence and I was trying to order more food, but she kept assuming my order was complete when I finished one sentence. It was very annoying. Atmosphere was not great either. There was a customer parked sideways in the drive through waiting area just eating his food like it was a place to dine. This Culvers makes decent food, but the service and atmosphere was horrible on 6/21/25.

I brought my family here tonight and, unfortunately, was extremely disappointed. One of the meals we ordered was the beef pot roast sandwich, which arrived with barely any meat—what little there was consisted mostly of fat. It was inedible.

We also ordered the 2-piece cod dinner with fries, onion rings, and a fountain drink. Not only were the onion rings missing, but when I approached the front to address both issues, the General Manager remade the sandwich but insisted on checking the order for the onion rings. She said they had been substituted with a drink and told me I’d need to pay an extra 51 cents if I wanted the onion rings. I was genuinely shocked—over 51 cents? She explained that’s how the owner trained her, which left me even more stunned.

I pointed out that good customer service means making things right when mistakes happen, but she couldn’t have cared less.

We normally enjoy custard after our meals here, but we skipped it this time and instead took our business to Al’s Dairy Freeze, where the ice cream is fantastic and the service is even better.
