I love Culver’s a lot but this isn’t the first time I had an issue with the location messing up when there is absolutely no rush going. I have worked in the fast food industry before and I understand little mistakes can happen such as forgetting mayo and ketchup but those mistakes shouldn’t happen when there are only two costumers. I moved here (Grimes, IA) a year ago and I frequent this Culver's several times a month. I use to frequent the one on Nicollet Ave in Bloomington,
MN which literally never messed up my order, never lacked in portion sizes, and was speedy and friendly. We love Culver’s but this location specifically (Grimes, IA) has consistently bad customer service. They always take more than 15 minutes to get us our food and if we only order concrete mixers they’re always made incorrectly. All other Culver’s would get 10/10 but this one is awful.
